Worst McDonalds ever. I'd give it no stars if it was an option. The drive thru workers are could care less about where they work or the standards and practices that it try's to uphold. I've had the misfortune of having to visit this location twice in the last month due to a lack of food options in the area and both times the order incorrect, cold and missing items. I won't be making the mistake of returning again.

The manager was super nice and fixed my issue. He answered my questions and explained things politely and professionally. While he was fixing my issue regarding a refund from a few days ago, he was making sure the fries were hot and that the orders were right. My food came out fast and hot.

I do not eat McDonald’s food but I did order a Carmel frapp with Oreo . The employees were very friendly about making it just when you think customer service has died . The female working the first window and the male with piercings working the second amazing customer service thank you!

Worst drive thru ever atendents were rude and got the order wrong. This is the closest in Celina so it has happend often. If possible go a little further and eat at a different one. Oh and no ice cream.
