The food has always been good/great at this location to us BUT always been very annoyed at the attitude and service at the register. It’s always the same guy, very rude and disrespectful. I never leave reviews but if the manager or owner sees this Sam at the register deserves a raise. Friendly, kind and great customer service.

Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them. it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

The worst customer service. Rude, defensive. Was told that although I may expect customer service in a different way, that was how they conducted customer service and they weren't going to change it. Ok then, I will never, ever be back. They need training in the worst way. The guy who runs the front registers needs help on listening skills and the appropriate way to respond when a customer is trying to tell you what the problem is. Refused to listen, refused to engage appropriately, was extremely argumentative which did not help the situation. Had to just turn around and leave; the whole thing was futile. Not worth it. I'll take the extra drive time to go to Prosper location; won't be back to Celina. Disappointing, to say the least; they are only a couple of minutes from my house. I'd prefer to pump the money into my own city's economy, but until they make some serious changes at this particular location, it won't be at Wingstop Celina!

Jeremiah took our order last night and provided fantastic service despite the store getting barraged constantly with to-go orders. Kept checking up on us while we ate and when he saw my son watching Coco on the TV, he offered to turn it up so he could hear and enjoy the movie. Took great care of my family and the food was great!

The food is usually good, but tonight we had terrible customer service. When we were looking at the menu the cashier said “let’s go guys” when it was 2 hours before they close so there shouldn’t have been a rush. He was mocking us and making sly comments. One of our orders we were missing fries because we ordered a combo and he tried telling us we were wrong when the ticket said combo. I’ve never had a problem like this before and hopefully never again.

My first trip was my last. We ordered the bone-in wings in several different flavors. The flavors were okay; however, the entire order was cooked to dust. The wings had to have been overcooked. The were so dehydrated it was like eating non-digestible fiber. Definitely not worth the money.

Tonight we had the worst customer service i have ever seen. while waiting to order we were rushed and then got mocked after we started ordering. we were missing food and let the same guy at the front know and he proceeded to roll his eyes and tell us we were wrong when the receipt clearly said differently. he then went and sat down and got on his phone completely ignoring us. we got smirked at, and and were given many dirty looks from him the entire time. very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend to anyone. If anyone thinks they had the same issue, it was the guy that works the register for the night shift.
