Unfortunately some of the worst pizza I have ever had. We ordered two pizza's one being a chesse and pepperoni hand tossed which actually was decent the other being the works or supreme with extra black olive, extra mushroom and extra cheese hand tossed, it did not have extra anything and definitely no extra cheese the crust was soggy and the sausage was huge chunks. With all that said I called the store and they did offer me a credit for the two pizza's but what they should have done is refund my money. Due to the fact we threw out said pizza's and went without dinner that night..fact being I picked up my order and paid cash.......So if you didn't make it right or up to par the first time then what would make you ever think I would want to come back and get to more pizza's even if they are free!!

This Domino’s location has us eating pizza again! They make the most amazing pizzas here! Their service is ALWAYS Top Notch! They are fast and thorough, which is a difficult combination to find ANYWHERE! We love the service and the employees!!!! Thank you guys for being the best!!!!

So ordered online. Got there they said 3 more min. Then the kid dropped the chicken on the floor and screamed the F word. No one said nothing. Then they remade tots instead of chicken. After 10 more min of having my pizza I asked for a refund on my now cold pizza but said I’d pay for chicken. Told me he would give more store credit. First time there and on reverything will be my last. They need all the staff and a manager who can actually manage.

Sometimes pizza or other items burnt. ALWAYS check before you leave. If you order extra cheese or sauce. You’re just throwing away your money.

The app said it was ready. when I showed up, and they had just thrown it in.the restaurant had six staff total, an employee sitting on a computer, and another invading another employees space; causing the other employee to go off on him. The professionalism could be better as should the work ethicWhat’s the use of the app when you have to rely on 6 workers that can get the same amount of work done as 3.Pizza was very difficult to pull apart. Bring pizza pro back.

Manager is a All-Star. He took care of me.----I ordered two extra Large pizzas online, selected my store in Chandler, etc. etc. Paid, and watched the, order started, prepared, in oven, quality check, It's Ready, all through the tracker, perfect right. Get to the Chandler store, my order isn't there, even thou the tracker says it was and a saw the progression in the tracker. Manger did look into it, and he told me my order was at the Gentry store despite saying it was at chandler. I told the manager well I ordered here, because I don't want to go to gentry. The manger says he didn't know why the online order went there, except, his location doesn't make the Xtra Large pizzas. That must be why it went there. I asked him to cancel the order, he said I'd have to call Gentry store to cancel. He then asked if he could make my order here in chandler, but Large instead of Xtra large. I said well it Xtra Large costs more than a Large, he said, yeah, I'm not charging you, it was our mistake. I agreed, to wait for the Large pizzas, and he insisted I still call to cancel the order at Gentry store, despite it being ready for pick up. I tried to tell Gentry about why I was cancelling and the mix-up on the online order. They didn't want any reason at all, Name, ----- Ok it's canceled.... Hours later - Still no refund... Maybe it take a bit...

Ordered my pizza online. Order was easy. Pick up was easy. I got home, my pizza had like a tablespoon of sauce spread over the whole thing. My veggies were not cooked. The crust was burnt. Not sure how that happens. Also got the cheese steak tater tots. LoL. That was ok in the middle. The rest was burnt. Tried to send an email. Kept taking to me a page that read....dead end. No matter how I tried. Used this store a lot over the years. Wont be back. Pretty mad I spent $20 on the garbage I got. And to top it off, i cannot contact anyone. Eghhhh. This location has become garbage.

Only getting 1 star so I can leave a review! Ordered 2 pizzas and a order of bread knots with cheese dip. 1 pizza was right (it was just cheese, you can't mess that up) the other was deluxe ( had beef and black olives only) and got the cheese dip........but NO bread knots!!!!! Seriously, you want people to pay for your services.....give the service we are paying for
