I understand y’all have time limits for the window but the point of a MOBILE order is for it to be ready when we arrive. There is zero reason why I need to be pulled into a parking spot for a DRINK! It takes me 5-6 minutes to get here from my home, and you pulled me out of the drive through because coffee takes 3 minutes. It’s raining and you make an employee come out in the rain and you make me wait on a coffee, seriously get yalls stuff together. You own all these and they all kind of suck when it comes to customer service, and order accuracy… ESPECIALLY after C19. Ice Caramel Macchiatos cost $4.91, it should ALWAYS be made right. Especially when you charge for ANYTHING extra. Depending on who’s there it might be made right and the food never is so I don’t eat here… in the chandler group your business is a repeat for incorrect and undercooked orders, that shouldn’t be… and if it’s raining who CARES about that time, you don’t pay people enough to make them walk in the rain for a COFFEE!

Went through the drive through and ordered a quarter pounder with Big Mac sauce and a small fry and a drink along with a few other things. When I got my food and got home I saw that they made a Big Mac instead of a quarter pounder with Mac sauce and I didn’t even get my fries. When I called in and spoke to the manager all he had to say was that he was sorry and that he talk to the kitchen. Then he said have a good day and hung up. He didn’t offer for me to come up and get my food. He didn’t offer to give me anything in return, and he was rude and rushed the call. Overall unhappy

You should have people at the window that can’t read a receipt and start yelling at you “have a nice day” acting like a crazy person I got charged for extra sauce I’m getting my sauce I got charged for if you don’t like your job leave simple HIRE BETTER PEOPLE!
