I order delivery through the Chick-fil-A app way more than I'd like to admit. Chick-fil-A has always had excellent service no matter what side of town I've lived on, but this location irks me to the core. I don't even like ordering from the Cibolo location but ever since it opened, the app won't let me choose the Schertz location. Every single time I get food from here the large fry container looks like they didn't even try to fill it up, or they did it with their eyes closed. I'm paying extra for a large and getting the same amount of fries as a small or med. I've called and complained twice but like I said this is the issue EVERY SINGLE TIME, and I hate complaining when it comes to food and dining, but in this economy I would like to at least get what I paid for... The customer service is still great but decent quality has definitely left the building. I mean c'mon, if you're filling the fries, what makes you see it filled halfway and say to yourself "yup, that'll do"?? I'd honestly give ZERO stars if I could cause if you can't properly fill basic fry orders as fast food restaurants then what in the world are you even doing open? Also who ever the manager is in staff should be going through and making sure the orders are up to quality expectations before they leave the building considering this is a new location. Disappointed at the laziness.

Boy was I wrong... they have some superstars here but management overall is so disappointing. I already wrote a 1 star review on google maps and wish I could give them another one so I came here instead. Some lady in a green shirt who I assume is management practically threw my food at me in the drive thru and then didn't even acknowledge me when I said thank you. The chicken is almost always chewy in the middle which means the fry oil isn't hot enough. This is negligent and will probably end up getting someone sick. I've gotten tired of going back to get my order fixed so I reach out to corporate and they make it right. Food goes right to the garbage practically untouched most of the time. Besides the Mac and fries I get which would just be insane to mess up The only reason I'm still going here is because they're remodeling the Chick-fil-A on 3009. My parents usually buy 2-3 of those chicken platters every other week for my younger siblings at Steele and their clubs but ever since we realized how bad this other one is we have not. Those chicken platters we were buying were from the one on 3009. I never thought I'd see the day my younger brother would say no to stopping by cfa after school. ***I can't say enough good things about the location on 3009. This cfa needs to be thoroughly evaluated by the corporate office from how many times they've had to make things right for me.***

The time between ordering and receiving our meal was exceptional. They also do a booming business in take out and delivery.
