Online orders regularly have small portions even when paying extra or getting double portions of protein. In store they ran out of food as well and the manager did not allow the employee to take the food from DML, instead suggesting customers should be offered an option they do not want.

We went to this location on Tuesday night 3/26/24.Usually go here almost once a week.There was no line but the workers rushed through making our order. The girl making my bowl didnt let any of the juice from the beans or pico drain from the spoon before just throughing them in my bowl. ( after I had nicely asked her to. Nobody wants to eat a soggy bowl/burrito.) Then the guy that made my boyfriends bowl told the cashier that he put guac in his bowl, (which he did not order) My boyfriend just shrugged it off and said it was ok becuase he was hungry and just ready to go home. Lastly, when we got home there was no guac in his bowl even though they charged us for it.We go to this chipotle or the one on Kitty hawk at least once a week, if not more. We typically spend around $30 each time we visit. This is not the first time we have been rushed though the line and left with soggy food. We liked this location because of how close to home it is. We will now be driving the distance to go to another location, "IF" we ever choose to go back to ANY!Parking: The parking is nice, but the service is not.

This is the third time this location has gotten my order wrong. To clarify, it’s always been an online order so if you get it on the line, maybe they’re paying attention so it’s not wrong. But either my order is missing something important or they’ve given me something completely different than what I ordered i.e. I ordered a quesadilla and got a bowl of the 3 ingredients I ordered on the side with just meat. If you can avoid this chipotle for delivery or pickup, I encourage you do. It’s not work the hassle of having to go back or get a refund for it from the online chat box.

This location follow the trend of so many places these days with not a lot of seats for dining in. The food is good and fast.
The food was dry, and they started charging for 2+ scoopa of beans and rice.We go to Chipotle twice a week at least.

Variety, quality, spice, quick bite, eat in, take out, Chipotle offers all of these and value. My wife and I prefer the salads, but the bowls and burritos are tasty as well. This Cibolo location is usually busy but not crowded.
