Ray and Jennifer are always positive and personable. Their healthy shakes are delicious, and their sugar free energy teas have successfully weaned us both officially off Monster Energy drinks. Always a great way to treat ourselves with an upbeat energetic environment!

Man making the drinks was very nice, however he assured me all the shakes were dairy free. Turns out they contain milk. Beware if you have food allergies.

Walked in after a long-hot morning of work only thinking I was going to grab a quick protein shake. Ended up talking with Raymond about all the options and more! Super friendly and knowledgeable. The menu is full of unique options and my peanut butter French toast smoothie was top notch! The building is small but full of energy! I will be back... maybe even later today!

Great place for recovery, added energy, or meal replacement. Shakes and teas are fantastic and delicious. The variety is outstanding and hard to choose from the list of decadent flavors. Jennifer and Raymond take extreme ownership in their business. They are passionate, proud, and provide superior customer service. They also organize fitness events for their Intrinsic Nutrition community. Their shop has a great chill vibe and easy atmosphere. I hope your experience is as good as mine. I'm still trying to find that drink that doesn't taste like a protein shake, so far I've tried the caramel macchiato and I think the banana cream pie. Today, a Thursday, I ordered a large caramel macchiato and to my surprise it cost $10. It came with a free protein donut, that was surprisingly pretty good, I think it was like a strawberry donut, don't really like strawberry donuts but it was still very tasty. I'm still willing to return again but the price was a little much for me. This is more like a 3.5 star review for price and taste but I'll round up.

I guess I was expecting something else when I walked in. The staff was very nice and explained the menu. I was disappointed they only served drinks. However, I see the reviews mentioned donuts..... I did not see any food items. I was expecting to see fresh fruit, vegetables, blenders, etc. but instead I saw canisters of Herbalife powder. I ordered a limonade tea, 24oz for $11,. I got $1 off bc of a promotion, so I paid $10. The drink itself looked good and when I sipped it, seemed good. However, after several more sips there was a terrible aftertaste. Maybe it was because there was still powder at the bottom, not dissolved. I commend the owners for their idea but in my opinion they missed the mark. Too expensive and promoting as a nutritious product is misleading. Herbalife might have some nutrtion, but sugar and caffeine seemed to be the main ingredients.Oh, and there was a scale by the door. I think they are more of an energy drink/ weight loss store.

Delicious and nutritious shakes! They’re really are like ice cream and those donuts maaan! they left you fill until the next meal. You should also try their refreshing teas, you get the energy you need without all the carbs of regular teas. 100% recommended!!
