They have the BEST Crab Rangoon! I get their large order of 12 to go. The rest of their food is good too, especially when our grandkids visit. We like the orange chicken, honey walnut chicken, fried rice and spring rolls. It's not restaurant quality, but it's a fast and reasonable option.

The W.O.A.T. worst of all time. I don't know what is going on at this Panda, but it is just bad. The service is really bad. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to be ignored and then they took the order for the person standing behind me. Crazy. They are always behind and there is a long wait for almost every menu item. The food just does not get from the kitchen up to the counter. Small portions, disengaged staff, and the food is not very good anymore. Avoid, if you can.

The drive thru time is horrible, may have just gotten spoiled by places like Chick-fil-A but was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes.Also I never get teriyaki sauce with the teriyaki chicken without asking, nor the fortune cookies. One would think it would be automatic but I guess it is not.

Normally we like eating at Panda but lately I’m not sure what’s going on. Either the service takes forever (where they have to bring it to you but forgot about you!) or they hardly give you anything in your bowl or the rice is under cooked or noodles are not seasoned. ?

Horrible service at the drive thru - waited forever with no cars in line, what were they doing in there?? Then the girl at the window was short - this team needs intensive customer service training. I'll pass them by from here out, too many other options nearby.

Ordered ahead on the app and used the drive thru. Got our order and headed home. Opened the box and they only put the rice… no entrees. Tried calling and it goes to an automated hang up. Paid for items not received, check your double tied and taped packages before you leave!Update: still have not received anything from corporate or this location, they do not answer their phone or emails. Go somewhere else.

Placed an online order to be ready at 6:15 and received a notification that it was ready to be picked up at 5:45. When I asked at the store when I arrived at 6:15 I was told that they had just finished the order and had no way of knowing when the order was scheduled for. The receipt attached to the order clearly say what time it was requested for as well as the time the order was completed. Do not order ahead unless you want to have cold food.

Doesn’t care if you order in advance through mobile. Waited 15+ mins after my order time. People walked in and got their food and left while I was still waiting. Ridiculous.
