Automated machine for check-in, what happened to a real person. Prices sure reflect the added technology. Paid over $13 for a meal, and the food got smaller.

Just picked up a pack of tacos to bring home. Had to wait 15 mins for the beef to be cooked which is fine but get home and there is literally NO BEEF in the tacos. Nothing but toppings. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us in the last few months. Don't charge full price for just crunchy taco shells!

The food tastes good however I will say this…everytime I have done a mobile order I ask for sauce (and it is always the first item listed in my receipt) and 95% of the time they never ever put it in the order. I know it’s free but it’s like ordering eggrolls with out the getting the sauce or ordering crab rangoons with out the sauce. I always order for me and my mom and neither of us want to eat the food cause it’s just not the same. I’m tired of wasting my money at this point.

genuinely the worst taco bell. every single time i order from this specific one they get my order completey wrong. i ordered a CHICKENquesadilla today and they gave me a quesadilla with cheese and beans, literally no chicken. it was FILLED with black beans. everytime i order my usual they give me anything but that.

just went to this location for a late dinner the time was 12:45am because I know they don't close until 1am went through the drive through and they tell me they can't help me because they already put all of the food away and closed the line then said they ran out of food when we drove past the window to leave we could see the employees laughing as they r starting at us drive by

Staff is rude and they never got my order right but get their money. I asked for the taco to be a supreme but got a regular taco. If they would actually listen they may get the order right. It seems to only happen at night also.

Walked into this Taco Bell and stood at the counter for five minutes and no employees who saw me would come take my order. I proceeded to dial the main cust. service number (still holding 15 min later). Finally some man in regular street clothes comes waddling out looking half asleep! He interacts with an off duty employee then after asked me of I had been helped! "No, and I've been standing here for the last five minutes and none of the employee's took my order, said I!"He then tells me to order using his register at the counter! That's his job, not mine! I'm not going to pay and work there too! I left and I'll never return!
