Love the salads. Service time could be a little faster. Front end staff is always pleasant. Sometimes you can see the kitchen staff on their phones or just standing around which probably contributes to the slower service. However I am grateful that my food is always hot and fresh.

The chicken itself is different from other places, which is a plus. It's not exceptional, but it's not bad. They have regular fried chicken strips and a grilled alternative, which I think is a nice change from other places.I like the lighting and the wooden tables and stools they have. It's a nice look.

Dirty wet counter where they take your order. Soda machine doesn't make ice. Incredibly slow for a place with such a limited menu. Girl at the counter acts like she's being held hostage and hates life. The staff can't be bothered to clean up standing water. This place must really have a terrible manager who doesn't care. I was embarrassed to take my mother here. Hopefully corporate fixes this place. I won't be coming back. I should have looked at the reviews first.
