I ordered online right after getting gas at HEB on 96. A truck pulls in front of me and is taking a minute to order. I ordered at least 5 minutes prior, so I went around to the window cuz technically, I'm not cutting. I ordered first. I'm asked to pull forward, and then the truck pulls forward. We both get our food at the same time. I clocked in 3 minutes late for work. Thanks, Wendy's ! Also, it's fricking crazy that these combos are 12.00 bucks

Heath definitely deserves recognition!!The fry cook couldn't speak enough English to take my order, and the "manager on duty" was useless!!And when the "manager on duty" came out of her hiding hole to help it was because Heath couldn't provide the change needed. Then he was instructed to tell patrons that "exact change only" could be accepted for cash customers.Definitely should be a bit better at setting your employees up for success!!!Do better Wendy's. Way to go Heath!! I hope you find a place that deserves you!!

Overall food and service are good. The fountain machine needs better servicing. Half the drinks are out. If you are going to have that many selections then have them stocked or go back to just the regular drinks.

Worst fast food dump I've ever been to. Employees are rude. Food was stale waaay old and order was wrong. Had to go inside to get my food. No one in the kitchen or counter area. Over weight white guy in faded filthy waaay to tight t-shirt with garbage attitude comes out of bathroom and threw my bag of food at me. Worst run place in memory.
Got the ropa vieja. It's still good they've just decided to cut less meat and give more plantain.

Been here like 3 times now and I keep giving them another chance. Food has been cold or luke warm everything. Fries soggy. This most recent experience was a DISGUSTING chicken sandwich. I paid $7 for just the sandwich. Took one bite. It was discolored and cold. How can you serve food like this ti people? Instead of rushing people away, you need to be more welcoming and take the time to ensure each order is correct. Ridiculous. Sorry for the nasty picture but it is what it is.... gross. This establishment is a shame to the Wendy's name. Especially for the prices we are paying nowadays... come on.... do better
