I come to this chilis regularly and I’m used to receiving below average service, but tonight was some of the worst service I have ever received. I believe my waitresses name was Maya, I was the only person at my table, and aside from bringing me my food and drink she totally ignored me to pay attention to her larger tables on a slow night. If this chilis doesn’t correct their, service issues they’re going to start losing customers.

our waitress and workers were amazing. We had one set of fajitas delivered with a hair in it, had sent that back. Five minutes later, the other set of fajitas arrived for another person, and after their first bite, they noticed a hair in those fajitas as well. One of the workers in the back did not have a hairnet, and he just had his hair pulled back in a ponytail. Very gross. Lost my appetite. They did remove the fajitas from my ticket and offered a 10% discount. So that was nice.

Food was ok, service was ok, one food item was wrong. The restaurant is jam packed in. Not big enough to be a real chilies. I you don't have the right amount of people be ready to expect a hr and a half of wait time.Parking: It gets so packed you would have to park on the street or across the street.

At first, I was worried because we were seated and then waited forever for a waiter. When he finally did come to the table to introduce himself and ask for our drink order, he was attentive from there forward.My only suggestion would be that the staff not group up where customers can hear and see them. I was able to hear their every complaint about their shift, about their other coworkers, and about their bosses. I was also able to hear what they did and were planning to do the rest of the week outside of work. ?
Had a bad experience and Megan and Shay made it all better they cared that my night was ruined and fixed my day to Sunshine. Thank you ladies made my day better. I sing there praises.Manager Megan and Shay thank you,

WORST SERVICE EVER. ?I placed an online order for my family. This location cancelled our entire order due to not having sauce for two of the burgers. The order was placed at 12:22pm, and no notification came until 3pm while my husband sat outside the establishment to be turned around without dinner for our family.To add insult to injury, my funds are tied up for an unknown period of time leaving myself and family without dinner. I was offered chips and salsa as a bandaid to the problem. What an insulting gesture ?Their website needs to reflect items that aren't avail so others aren't impacted by false expectations. DON'T OFFER WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE!! ?

We Love our local Chili's ???... The Fajita Trio and the Cajun Shrimp Pasta are two of our favorites... The service is always quick and the food is consistent. I have seen this location support not only St Jude's Children's Hospital but also local families going thru tough times.. There community outreach is beyond anyone's expectations... I being one of those families.. This isn't just a franchise restaurant, this is our Chili's family... ❤️❤️❤️
