When we came in, there were 4 tables occupied and only 1 was waiting for food. There was no one in the drive thru and we ordered immediately. It took them 30 minutes to get our food and had stuff missing. Apparently from the time we ordered, the drive thru filled up and they were served before us as the gentleman bringing food to the tables started taking bags out to cars. Chicken was burnt. Asked for something else . They replaced my burnt strips with a burnt thigh. I just walked out. It's sad you spend your hard earned money with these fast food places and they don't care one bit about customer service. It's a shame. Same as stealing, in my opinion.
