I almost never go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but that was the worst Popeyes experience I've ever had in my life.I ordered two spicy blackened chicken sandwiches and an oreo cheesecake at the window and was told it would be 5 minutes. If I had been told it would be much more than that, I would have just asked what was available immediately instead. I hadn't eaten all day, I was very hungry, it was late, and I still have work to do today. After TWENTY MINUTES I finally went inside to ask for whatever was available instead, I was completely ignored, and after a few minutes one of the employees walked outside with my food, still ignoring me, as I tried to ask her if it was mine. Turns out it was.The sandwiches, as always, are great.

The young man at the window was very courteous and very kind and very patient and then I took my food from the drive-thru and went back to Alvarado
Service is ridiculous. Waited in drive thru for 25 mins for 2 sandwiches yet cars behind me were getting their orders and leaving. My order finally arrives....or so i thought. They bring me someone else order. Waited another 10 minutes for my order. Ask the manager what happened and all thisnpunk could say was WHATEVER. worst service ever.

Food is really good staff not too friendly. I went in this time to order as last time guy at window scanned my card and tried to use it but my theft protection worked and they notified me within 5 minutes!
Food is good. However we were told “5-7 minutes” for our order and waited over 20 minutes. The employee who brought out our food was extremely rude and unprofessional. Im sorry but waiting 20 minutes for “fast” food is absurd. Will not be back.
