Ordered 2 sandwiches a soup and cinnamon roll got home and did not have the cinnamon roll. I called the store and advised I was just there and didn’t get the cinnamon roll and was told come back with the receipt to get it at a later date. I threw the receipt in the trash can at the store and didn’t have it any longer and was told sorry can’t do anything for you…. I’m sure the cinnamon roll was still in the microwave… I ordered a number 8 cheesy beef sandwich and when I bit into it the roast beef was so tough and cold I could not bite through it and all of the meat came out of the sandwich with the bite.. this will be the last time I ever eat at this establishment again. Poor service and poor quality food.

I spent $25 on 2 sandwiches. One of them was a French dip. I got no dip. I called back. Ask the only option is me to drive all the way back over there to get a dip. When they should give me a free sandwich? Since they messed up my order and I spent $25. Instead, the lady just hung up on me. Terrible service.

Just left the Cleburne Schlotzsky’s after 27 minutes in line to get one small Schlotzsky’s original meal deal. I received a drink with no ice and sloppy food and I was in the to the to go line. There was no one else there and there was no one dining inside there was absolutely no reason for it but here’s the kicker there was no apology. I’m sorry you had to wait this long. It was just here and window shut when I was finally handed out that food. That’s ridiculous. Do better

I waited a good 10 min before someone came to the cash register, I thought the guy in the kitchen was working alone. So I had patience. He was busting his butt working drive through. I was about to go over and let him know I was there. But another guy comes in from outside and stunk of cigarettes. Didn't say squat to me. Just stood there. I don't think he said 1 word, including repeating my order back to me. I just thought this guy was having a bad day. Once my order was in, it got to me pretty quick, within 10 min. The sandwich was mediocre. Not sure if I will be back anytime soon.

Food service and atmosphere was excellent. Establishment was very clean. Tables were cleaned as soon as a customer got up. Will definately stop in to eat next time I'm in the area. Very fresh ingredients.Fair
So I ordered food from here over the phone. right. it took my order I left my house probably 20 minutes after they took my order I come up here there's nobody in the building there's three or four guys in the back obviously doing nothing and my food's not ready I ordered two sandwiches and it's not ready and it's been 25 min at this point... and I'm going to give you my money... Poor quality business non-professional was a sorry place to order I'll remember ne er to come back here. And if you are reading this review don't waste your time here..

We stopped in for a late lunch, and the place was pretty empty, but there were no clean tables. They messed up my order... (We were the only 3 customers there. Even the drive-through was empty.) After they fixed my sandwich, one of the 2 employees decided to lay across one of the booth seats and play on her phone while we finished our meal. Kinda sad, but it used to be a lot better.

The food was good but while I was sitting there waiting for my food one of the workers was back in the kitchen when he decided to stick his hand down his pants and then proceeded to put gloves on. Luckily he wasn't the one handling my food. Thank the lord for that. Ended up ordering a huge container of the loaded baked potato soup couldn't finish it all so I decided to take the rest to work for lunch. Went to heat it and it did not come out that good. It was very runny like water and was not good at all.Vegetarian options: There were a few sandwiches.
