A friend went to go order sandwiches, asked for a Veggie Delite on Italian Herb & Cheese, add pepper jack, pickle, banana pepper, no tomato.My friend confirmed with the worker (short girl with black hair & faded green highlights & septum ring) TWICE that this was a veggie delite with pepper jack, pickles, and banana peppers. In what world does asking for a preset sandwich mean you get bread and your add ons only?Because when I pulled up to the store for a remake, this is how the workers claimed their chain worked. 'A veggie delite skips the meat, and relies on customer crafting at the table' It does not. That's called a create your own sandwich. Veggie Delite is a preset that comes with spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, green bell peppers.The green & black haired girl then tried to act as if she wasn't the one to originally serve my friend, and that "if someone hears that [specific sandwich customizations] they'll only put that." Someone is you, miss girl. You also didn't hand out a receipt! ? You are the one that made the sandwich and you clearly don't have proper training if not one of three workers present can make a preset sandwich with customizations, because we have ordered this EXACT way from this EXACT store before and never had anything like this happen. stop hitting your pen in the fridge.

If I had a option to have zero stars that's what I would have chosen. I've been coming to this Subwsy for two years now and never had a bad experience until tonight. I went around 9pm and the manager named Devaughn was taking my order. I had ordered the beast which comes with pepperoni, turkey, salami, ham, and roast beef. Instead of roast beef I asked if they could substitute it for bacon. He said no their register doesn't take substitutions. I said that's fine I still want bacon. So as he's making my sandwich he tells the guy on register to charge me extra for ham and bacon. I asked him why are you charging me extra for ham when the sandwich comes with ham? He said he has to charge me for ham since I'm not getting roast beef? I said make that make sense it comes with ham so why are you charging me for ham? He said he has to charge me for not getting roast beef, huh? I said no I shouldn't get charged extra for something that it comes with. He then took the meat he had in his a tossed and walked away. He asked a lady to help me. So I asked her for a number to complain she said she didn't know. I said what's his name and before she could answer Devaughn then comes from the back and stands right next to me and points to his shirt my name is Devaughn I said thank you I'm calling to make a complaint and started walking out the door. He then says that's fine I was trying to explain to and follows me all the way outside as I'm walking to my car. Devaughn is very unprofessional and I'm thinking this dude crazy following me outside. I was never irate or yelling so idk why he was following me. I know they have cameras and videotape shoukd be pulled. I will never go there again I'll be going down the street to firehouse subs and/or the Subway in Joshua or Keene.

Ordered 2 sandwiches 2 drinks 2 chips and some cookies online. Arrived at pick up time and app showed order as complete. When I arrived they haven’t even started my order and when I asked how much longer it would be they told me 5 minutes but I ended up sitting there for 45 minutes. When they finally handed me my order all they gave me was the sandwiches and when I informed them I had the other stuff as well and the guy was rude throwing the cookies on the counter in front of me without even bothering to close the container. Then I had to ask for a bag to put everything in since they wouldn’t do. I asked if I could just have a refund but they refused said they couldn’t do it that I would have to come back a different day. The whole time I was there, there was a girl sitting there scratching at her nose not wearing gloves then touching food making orders while cussing everytime she saw a customer walking in. Worst experience I have ever experienced in a fast food place.

My husband stopped and Ordered dinner from subway one night mybsandwich wasn't made right so I took it back to ask them to simply remake it .. instead of being treated with some decency the manager on duty decided to argue with me on how I didn't have my receipt and refused to make another one for me and insisted on yelling at me infront of customers making me feel like I was a liar and didn't pay for my food .. I will never go back to this restaurant again . The manager that was there that at the time of my visit definitely needs to learn to listen first before accusing someone of lying ..

I walked in ordered 2 sandwiches and a new chocolate chip cookie footlong. I didn't think it would be nasty and Definitely NOT worth $5. And the bread on my sandwich was hard. I've NEVER gotten a bad sandwich at subway. First time for everything.

I have visited this particular Subway several times over the last couple of years. Recently when visiting the employees have become less and less customer friendly and sometimes down right rude! I have returned because I like their sandwiches; however, after yesterday I think I will take my business a block or two down the road to Firehouse Subs! I ordered and PAID FOR 2 sandwiches on line at about 4:05pm for pickup at the store at 6:30pm. I actually arrived 5 minutes late at 6:35pm only to be told that my order had not even been made! I was told by the cashier that they were too busy to make my sandwiches that I had ordered 2 1/2 hours earlier. I asked to cancel my order as I could not wait due to an event I had to be to at 7:00pm (which was why I ordered in advance in the first place!). The cashier said he didn't know how to do that, that only the manager could authorize that and he wasn't on site and wouldn't be there until Monday! My bill was $19.01 (which included a $1 tip) so I asked if I could just get a gift card for the cost of my sandwiches to use later, but was again told by the cashier that he didn't know how to process a gift card. He asked a colleague to help who asked me to use a credit card to get the gift card. I told him that I had already paid and just wanted to cancel my order or get a gift card to use later. He said he didn't know how to process a gift card without a credit card so said he couldn't help and just left me standing there. The cashier told me to come back the next day so I did. Again, no manager on site to help me and the worker inside said she could could not do anything but make the sandwiches I ordered which I did not want. I just wanted a refund or money returned to my credit card. She could not do that without manager approval so told me come back in the morning to visit with the assistant manager who will be on site at 8am, which I will do. When I went to the store this morning, my order on the App was still there indicating that it was being made. After visiting with the worker I noticed that the order on my App had been changed to Completed and picked up at 6:30pm: which is not the case. I still haven't received a refund or the sandwiches!! I have been willing to overlook the unwelcome atmosphere that has been present during my last few visits, not to mention stale bread, but I think this episode has pushed me out the door! Subway Sandwiches are good, but service at this store is bad.

Absolutely terrible. I placed an order for 2 simple sandwiches online. I went to the store when it said they were building the sandwiches. I was the only customer in store, I counted 6 employees. It took them 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. the employees were all doing nothing in the back of the store, yelling, cussing, etc. Will never go here again and I recommend you don’t either.

I just wanted to say. Over the past year I've grabbed a few sandwiches to go quite a few times. Every time it's right, we'll made, and clean cut. Sounds minor. It shouldn't, this is a rarity these days. We'll done you guys, thank you for the awesome service.

i can't remember the last time i had so much fun at a subway..these employees are so great not to mention the exotic sandwiches they have..i would totally suggest that spicy bean and cheese bagel with a little parsnip and some fire roasted olives..oh yeah!
