I bought a 2 pieces meat, ribs and brisket. Brisket was good, see a comment of the brisket having to much fat, some BBQ places asked if you want fat or little to none, I only had one place ask me that and forgot the name of how they say it. The potato salad and beans were okay, it's BBQ, not everything gotta be scratched. I enjoyed it, a lot of these comments on here seem like those who eat at fancy indoor BBQ places and expect a BBQ stand to put out the same effort.Don't be alarmed...read full review
1. Sliced Brisket Sandwich was okay. It was not dry or anything, I just wasn't expecting BBQ sauce on it. Honestly, I did not know that was even a thing (especially in Texas). Brisket should speak for itself, in my opinion.2. I think, but could be wrong with today's prices, $9.00 seems quite high for two 1/8 inch slices of brisket on a bun.
