So Tommy just brought home shipley's from Cleveland and there was hair on the kolachi and hair in the Box so I called up there and ask to speak with the manager and they said the manager wasn't there and that they didn't have the manager's number I told them you work there but don't have your managers number!? �� so disgusted an pissed off!!

I have visit this Shipleys since they open but from last year the service is very rude bad service bad attitude, when I ask for hot glazed the lady's say not hot glazed I remember one girl work there but I don't see more , I don't know her name but she always use color shirt and curly hair she is so nice and her work is perfect she always smiling give good service to everyone cuz I visit Shipleys everyday but now is bad bad service I don't know if the owner if they like this but here is the reason you loosen customer and now you loose me and my family.. May sure you hired people like the girl I tell you when she was there no problem order ready for my wife hot glazed and goog service .. thank you good luck
