I went into your Cleveland Tx store on 3/19/2024 to pick up dinner after getting off of work. Your employee were very rude. Very slow. I stood in there 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. He asked if I wanted them toasted, I said yes please. Well after taking them out of the oven he just pushes them to the side and started helping the other girl with a mobile order. That the customer was not even there to pick up yet. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. I was talking to my husband on the phone and he asked what was the purpose of getting them toasted if he just pushed them to the side to start helping someone else. I asked my husband if I should just walked out. After he heard me asking my husband he started working on my order again. After I paid he didn’t even say Thank you, he never said one word and just slid my bag across the counter to me. After standing there for 30 minutes i wasn’t very happy and will not be back. This was at the location at. 429 W south line stCleveland Tx 77327Suite 350. I’ll take my business to Jersey mikes from now on where they know how to treat customers

I placed two separate orders this morning. The managers attitude was disgusting!!!! She did not greet me and when she walked back out she said she thought i was gone. She treated me as if she was scared of mr because of the color of my skin and basically called me ignorant. I am a person of black decent. I will not support this racist establishment.

THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY,,, They are RUDE and disrespectful one employee made fun of my tattoo and laughed at me and Today a girl making my sandwich had attitude and was rolling her eyes everytime I spoke they were out of cups I told them she rolled her eyes again And stormed off. They are soooooooo Unprofessional and need to do better pretty soon this subway will go out of business I guarantee you

I went in subway, I walk in ask this women how's her day an she said:fine with a little attitude an I started to talk to her when she was making a sandwich which she did a good job! She was very short with me ,I felt disrespected ,the way she presented herself like she didn't care about me,but act nicer to the Uber driver ,that's what I experience ,I hope GOD bless her with happiness in her life an put HIS hands on her .

I placed a Subway order on the Subway mobile app on 8-7-2023 at 2:14pm for the 429 W Southline, Suite 350, Cleveland, Tx. 77327 location. The app said my order would be ready by 2:30pm. When my mom and I went inside the above stated Subway restaurant, the female peon employee standing in front of the cash register working there at the time told us right off the bat that they only had two kinds of bread at that time, which were the flatbread and plain white bread. That's when I informed her that I had just placed an order on the mobile app that included the Italian herbs and cheese bread. She didn't know I had placed an order on the Subway mobile app until she actually looked into the computer. The same peon female employee then verbally informed my mom and I that the Subway we were in had been making bread ALL DAY! How stupid to have been making bread ALL DAY and only have TWO KINDS! She also informed my mom and I that to have any other kind of bread would take 15 minutes, which we didn't have because we were on our lunch break from work. So that's when we just asked for a refund so we could go somewhere different (not Subway) and that's when the brown haired, white skinned, female lying snake manager stepped in. Instead of the manager knowing how to do her job by simply canceling my order in the computer, she stood there behind the register and told me that I had to be the one to cancel the order and that the order I placed came from a "Grub hub" website when I've NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING from Grub Hub in all my life!!!! The female manager stated that, "People do it all the time!" Since people apparently do it all the time, that should tell you how often people have problems at this particular Subway, which is ALL THE TIME! After I searched to and fro on the Subway app trying to see if I can cancel the order, I informed the uneducated female manager that she had to be the one to cancel since there was nowhere to on the Subway app that I ordered it from. I then showed her on my phone that it was the Subway app and not Grub Hub and she kept arguing with me that I was wrong and she was right! What a LYING rude sack of crap that NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!!!!!! The female manager told my mom and I that she has been working there for two years. Well that explains why I have been having problems with that Subway for that long! That's two years too long! The female manager refunded my purchase, but did so incorrectly with an incorrect reason. Instead of lying and making everything the customer's fault, which it truly wasn't in this case, she should have just been honest and had more humility, but that simply isn't her style and for that reason she is in the wrong job! She doesn't belong working with the public! My mom and I are going to start driving out of town to go to a better Subway than to go to ANY piece of garbage Subway in Cleveland, Tx.!

So I’m not one to usually leave one star reviews. However, I stopped at this subway on my way to Dallas, store was open according to posted hours and well a visible employee standing at the counter. The door was locked though. I attempted to call to find out if she was actually open or not given the confusing posted hours but I just watched as she watched the phone ring and made no attempt to answer it. She then just shook her head at me. So I left. Should probably go someplace else if you’re traveling through.

I’ve never left a review for a fast food restaurant before, but this place is awful. The last 5 times (at least) I’ve ordered here, my food isn’t made right. Either something is missing, they don’t read the order instructions or something is on it that I didn’t ask for. Most of the staff (not all) are unfriendly, and on more than one occasion, when I get there to pick up, I have to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes because they haven’t even started on my order, even though it says that my order is ready. And every time I go in there, they’re never busy. There’s maybe one or two other customers in there.I’ve never been so annoyed with a fast food restaurant that it’s made me never want to go there again.

This is the better subway in town. The employees are friendly, they rarely run out of supplies and they cut the sandwich right and care about you getting a sandwich that looks and tastes great. Thank you to everyone who works here bc y’all are always so nice!!

Today was a day just like any other day. I wanted dinner but I did not want to cook it so I dug into my repertoire of fast food restaurants in the Cleveland area. I decided on Subway, and was glad that I did. The ingredients were fresh and delicious and I do not lose any weight but then again I did not walk to the subway or home All in all it was a good time
