Wasn’t aware that a 24 hour restaurant that only has walk in service actually closed its lobby at a certain time. Young girl in there working really needs to learn some manners and how she talks to paying customers without us there wouldn’t be a you.

I ordered my sandwich and when it was time to pickup I went into the store and waited for 20 minutes waiting for them to get my sandwich ready it was never brought out I tried calling the store asking for a refund but they never answered I was disappointed. I just want to shout out to the young lady, I believe her name is Demetra. I'm sorry I probably spelled it wrong. She went out of her way to return a wallet that was left on her counter. My coworker left his wallet at this Subway location and she tracked him down and came to his job to be sure his wallet was returned. I know my coworker has had a few setbacks lately and this meant so much to him, and to everyone watching. Her genuine honesty, compassion, and effort was noticed today. She needs a raise, and the world needs more people like her! Thank you! ?

I just ordered online today 9/1/23 my sandwich is nothing like I ordered and I paid extra for toppings I didn’t receive asked for toasted and pepper Jack didn’t get toasted or extra cheese missing half the veggies paid for extra meat didn’t receive it on both sandwiches didn’t receive chips we paid for a $25 meal and didn’t even get what I paid for. My coworker went to pick it up and order his a girlfriend and another coworkers said the service was terrible I tried to call and no answer.

I tried the bogo today. Let me just say, this store made it completely NOT worth the hassle! There was only 1 person working alone during a bogo promo with a line to the door. The kid works slow for starters and you can tell he's had a long day. He was short and rude with folks. And this is the first subway I been to that counts out how many Olives to put in my sandwich! Being that I ordered online for pick up, he tried to brush me off to giving any input as he made it while i was there, he tried to put incorrect toppings on my sandwich. I'm not sure he was experienced enough to be alone. Definitely won't go back to that subway.

Theyre always out of something this time they are out of cheese. So i asked for the only option and the only option is extra, theyre fresh water is always out, and looks nasty, they are out of soda, and out of medium cups, the employee says theyre are out of alot of stuff, this place has gone downhill, smh dont recommend at

placed my order at 12pm.. website said it would be ready at 12:20pm. i ordered curbside.. it is 12:35pm and im still waiting outside for my food. i finally walked in to get my soggy sandwich and they gave it to me… i need a refund. i called the store about 5 times. NOBODY answers the phone either.

I order thru ubereats when my order got here it was all wrong I tried to contact them for over an hour to get my order fixed and redelivered and they would not answer the phone I'm injured an unable to drive at the moment that's why I used ubereats. How are you supposed to get an order fixed If you don't answer your phone, I paid around $60 for a wrong order, and I'm not even sure it was my order to begin with! Terrible customer service

Arrived at 8:55 PM, Employee sitting in booth playing with cellphone, says they're closed!! Sign says open till 10PM!! Employee says don't matter, they're closed. Employee didn't have contact information for manager or owner. Says they'll be in in the morning. I said, why should I believe you'll be open then? I'd recommend closing permanently if you don't choose to serve your customers.
