When we started making the tamales, the dough had large pieces of butter and was still a long way from being ready. We had to knead even more at home. One pays for prepared dough. Last time we bought dough there.

Went there to buy 15 lbs of masa prepared for tamales at $2.00 a pound and 2 bags of corn husks at $6.00 ea the masa was freshly prepared and the husks were nice and clean ? I usually go there to purchase them. I like the Masa flavor.
