I don't know what they put in the papacito burger but it was straight fire! Soooo goooood!! The egg, avocado & red sauce was a hit combination! Would 1000% recommend!

If you’re out here hungry on Hiway 283 in the middle of nowhere, stop here. You don’t have a lot of choices but, this isn’t settling for any old thing. This place is great. Had the hot wings and mango habanero . WOW! Perfect amount of heat and flavor. Not greasy. The regular cheeseburger also was awesome on the jalapeño bun. A little too much mayo made it hard to eat without the bun & veggie’s sliding around, but a perfectly cooked and seasoned patty. They have 8 different kinds of tea! and they are wonderful. They make their own ketchup-which was great-you can actually taste the tomato-and a special sauce which was kinda like an aioli-Don sauce. The dirty pretzels also don’t disappoint-bacon & cheese. This place was great and worth the stop.

Great burgers and wings, several beer on tap and all nice and cold. It’s becoming a regular place for us. There is good lunch special - burger, fries, drink from noon to 3pm.

Took over an hour to get our food. Place was dirty. Tea tasted awful. My cheeseburger did not taste like a cheeseburger. The mmm eat tasted like sausage or a Winnie from a hot dog. French fries were greasy and soggy. Will not go

Formerly a Mexican Cuban restaurant they have now converted to a Burger and Wing restaurant. And while that sounds like an odd progression they have absolutely nailed it. The service was great. They behaved as though they were genuinely happy we were there. One of us has an allergy and the server was attentive in making sure the dish was prepared appropriately and advised us on what sauces , etc. to avoid. You order at the counter and choose your own seat inside or outside. There is a large selection of sweet and unsweetened teas available! My husband described the double bacon burger as one of the best he has ever eaten. The wings and spiced pickles were great. It can get kinda of loud here. Only thing I would change would be a real fork for my salad instead of a plastic one.

??Man o man! I wish there was a place like this in San Angelo. I had the burger on a jalapeño white cheddar bun. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Looks like only 2 people run the place. But that doesn't water down the service. It was an awesome experience. I also had the dry Cajun wings. And to my surprise they have HOMEMADE KETCHUP!! Yeah... right, in the small town of Coleman. Triple D's need to come here. I hope this review directs everyone to Don Luis! I can't stop raving about them! I didn't get the woman's name in the drive thru, but thank you! Thank you very much. My belly is full!??????

Wow!! I had a burger meal deal. I didn’t want fries and was worried only 6 onion rings wouldn’t be enough. But their onion rings are huge! Husband informed that was the best chicken fried steak he has had in a long time.

Probably one of the best kept secrets in Coleman. The atmosphere is cheap Mexican food restaurant decor, but very clean. The service was amazing and the food came out in a timely manner. If you like ice tea, this is definitely the place. They have sweet and unsweet in regular, coconut and peach. I tried all three varieties and they were all very good with coconut actually winning my favorite. We had fried pickles, wings, burgers, and fries. The fried pickles were cooked perfectly and had a little bit of spice to them. The wings were tender and crispy and the seasoning was amazing. My favorite entree was their special, which is a classic burger and fries. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. The buns they use are soft and toasted and honestly one the best buns I've had on a burger. The meat is seasoned like no other burger and it tasted amazing. The lettuce, tomato and pickles were all fresh and made one of my top three burgers of all time!I can't wait to go back and try some of the other specialty burgers they have on the menu.
Stopped here right after they opened on a Sunday. Food was excellent!!! I had the La Patrona burger...one of the best burgers I've ever had! The staff were super kind and hospitable to us and our crazy kids (we have two under two) and the food came out quick and hot!

Well I’m counting my lucky stars. We were driving up from a trip to Mexico and when we started getting hungry we couldn’t find anything around. I knew we were coming up on Coleman so I looked for places here and one of the options was Don Luis’. We prefer to eat local when traveling so this place seemed like the natural choice instead of the sonic just in front of it. Im glad we made the choice! We got the happy hour cheeseburger, my mom got the pulled pork sandwich, and the food came out fast and hot. The burgers were delicious, my mom devoured her onion rings, and we left v happy campers ready to make the rest of the drive back up to Dallas.

Chicken fried steak was burnt and they tried to hide it under gravy. Waitress apologized and brought out a new one. Rest of food was decent. Waitress was AWESOME!!
