Ordered pickle fries and took 25 mins to get them and they were cold by the time I got them and they did not include any ranch dressing. I don't know who works around 345pm but your workers never brought me ranch dressing even after I asked twice.

Continued horrible customer service!I usually order on the mobile app. Today I ordered, arrived, pushed the red button, 30 minutes later I still had not been acknowledged. After 15 minutes waiting I checked in on the app with the stall number, still, nothing. I called the establishment 4 times after waiting 15 minutes with no answer, 35 minute total wait 1 ice cream! The order before that I was told that they would deny my order because my dog was with me. Not an aggressive or barking dog! Just because I had my dog. My order was sat on a table and I was told I could get it from there. The order before that, was completely not even my order, and I was told that I did not pay for it, while I provided a mobile app receipt and the bank charge. Then told me that they would just pay for it. No! I paid for my order and had the proof. 3 strikes and I’m done! I will spend my money elsewhere!

We love stopping at this Sonic. The people are always pleasant and they are conscientious of our dietary restrictions. The hamburgers always taste fresh and look beautiful. This time we tried the pickle fries and they were quite tasty.

Nothing like calling in an order and literally waiting 35 minutes to get our food. Coke was watered down and burgers were cold.
It was OK. They have slid downhill in my opinion when it comes to their food. I don't know what they are doing differently lately but it just isn't as good as it was earlier this year. I was disappointed the last couple times I went. I think I'll wait a couple months before I try again.

Drove up to the button and pressed it. They were busy, so we sat and waited. After 15 minutes we moved to another spot. Sat for a little longer, before someone came on. Worker over the radio was terribly rude and seemed to not know how to work her tablet on the other side. After ordering, sat for even longer with nothing. Glad this isn't the only Sonic where I'm from

Save money and go somewhere else. The service and wait time is horrible. Wait forever for cold food. When I asked why it took over 30 minutes after the menu said out for delivery I was told "oh yeah, we accidentally gave that to the wrong vehicle ".
