I ordered the beast through the drive thru. I picked up and took home, miles away. Opening my supposed 1/2 pound sandwich, I realized it wasn't what I ordered. I wrapped it up, and drove back. They did replace sandwich. Made a new one, on dry stale bread. And still didn't give the amount that is supposed to be. It is sad you buy a sandwich, and then have to take it hone and put it on your own bread. Plus they were out of alot.

Everytime I come to the drive through they completely mess up my order. They never toast my sandwich even after telling them several times. They always write it down on paper and still mess it up. I’ve even written it down myself and brought it to them. There is only 1 meat,1 cheese, and 3 vegetables on it, also every time I order a drink they forget the drink and I have to remind them I paid for a drink. My fiancé gets a salad and they always forget to give her a fork, I have to remind them every time!

I don’t know what the point of having a menu is here if the people behind the counter continue to ask you ‘what do you want on it?’….. I want what it comes with?!?. Not to mention the fact that the sandwiches come with half the meat and toppings of any other subway. Absolute worst subway you can go to.

Went up there and the lobby is closed we ordered 6 sandwiches through drive through and 5 of them are wrong the philly steak and chease and didnt even heat the meat up i asked for toasted very poor service

Ordered online because it was 7:30pm and we didn't start dinner yet. Online says they are open until 10. Drive up and they are closed. They called the next morning and I told them I'll pick up the order tonight instead. Picked up the food and the sandwiches did not look appetizing. The taste was blah for subway standards

Don't bother to stop here. The guy behind the counter couldn't be bothered with me. Stood there for a long time while he just ignored me. I just left ant went on down the street.

Ordered on the app and when I got there I was told they were out of the sauce I wanted. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal but I really wanted the sauce. Lady was super nice and refunded me since I didn’t want it anymore. Not her fault the app doesn’t know they are out.

They are supposed to close at 10pm but apparently tonight they decided they're closing at 8 .... However, the door was already locked before 8 when we arrived. Don't travel out of your way to go here it you're arriving 2 hours before closing time lol

I placed an order through the app so that my hubby and I could get a footlong with 15% off. When we got there the lady told me that they did not receive my order. Then she wanted to to check and make sure it was sent to the right location. I pulled up the app with my order and they said that they show nothing on their end to check my account to see if the purchase had gone through. I pulled up my banking information again showing that I had in fact paid for my order. They said that they have had TWO other orders do the same thing and that my account SHOULD be credited back the amount in about three days. Meanwhile I can reorder my food, pay cash and if I'm not refunded then I can drive back to the Subway and they can take care of it!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
