I'm honestly shocked this place is still open. They have rude employees and nothing is ever made. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, a few pretzels will be made if you're lucky and that's it. I've been when they have absolutely nothing made multiple times. This afternoon we went and it's Saturday so you'd think they know they'll be busy, but the guy cashier just shrugged and said it'll be 15 minutes before anything is made. He could care less and it was so obvious. He was even checking his phone in between telling customers nothing is made. I'm beginning to think management is non-existent at this place.

Revisited the pretzel store in Postoak mall tonight at 7:15 PM and the young lady was not only rude but when we asked her for regular pretzel bites, she said all they had was one cup of cinnamon bites and shrugged her shoulders and said they were not making any more tonight. This store constantly has rude employees, and never has pretzels made.

We went to the mall about 645 something and went to go get a pretzel bc we wanted one and they was out and cooking more and they said about 15 mins there would be fresh one and the woman was working knew what we wanted and we waited about 720 pm went back and they was loading Up there bags we watch them put original they was full we had to settle for pepperoni and didn’t offer us a pretzel they gave us one’s been sitting up there for a while and that isn’t right but we will never go get a pretzel from y’all business again just really rude all I say thanks Annie’s need better workers

The website says they are open until 9, got here at 6:45, ask for a pretzel dog, the lady says they don't have those anymore, offers me a cup of pretzel dog bites that have been been here awhile. Get the bites and cinnamon sticks, those also seem to have been here awhile, very stale! The other lady is steady cleaning getting ready to close. Sit at one of the tables, it is so sticky my arm sticks to the table. Over all bad experience, won't be back

I'm very disappointed. I bought 2 pretzels and when I got to car I removed one to taste it and they both were crispy dark burnt. The back was black on both. There's no way those should have been sold. He should be ashamed of himself for selling products like that. That's not how you get people to come back. Be careful people and look at pretzels before they put them into bags.
Wanted the mini dogs they said they only make them to order. Never had that happen before. Wasn't going to wait 15 minutes, to the point of coming here is convenience and those dogs.

The pretzels here are good, but the time and effort it takes to find them buried in the middle of the mall is prohibitive. And they do tend to run out of the ones I'd like so that when I arrive, the trip becomes a giant waste of time.It's good when it's worth the bother.
