These sno cones never disappoint. Always plenty of ice and syrup. Our family loves all of the special flavors and concepts. The cup is always clean, which is nice. No one wants sno cone syrup all over the place lol. The workers are young, but upbeat, kind and helpful.

30 min to get a cone... they prioritize their drive-through and don't care about their inside order . Just to place my order, it took over 10 min, and i was the first in line. + 30 min wait

This use to be a good place for a cold treat. We use to go a couple of nights a week. The past three times their snow treats have been lacking in flavor and juice. There are a lot of dry white snow in the cups. We said something to them, but nothing has changed. We told the girl that took our order tonight. Same thing again. I guess they are not listening. There is a way to fix that. We will not be back to this location. May be if enough complain they will take the hint.

I come here often with my kids of which beg me once in a while to come here. I gotta say i'm not much of a sno cone person but my kids are completely sold on the concept. This time around they got the "Bomb Pop" which comes in red, blue, and white colors with a ice pop stuck in the top of it. I haven't tasted it myself but they enjoyed it. I usually get the sugar free cheesecake which is pretty good. I always go with the baby size which is just plenty for me. My wife got the sugar free cherry this go around. The inside is always nice but this time my wife was complaining that it was too cold which I consider a good problem in the summer time with a heat index of 110. The kids running the place are usually pretty friendly, but my goodness do they work slow. It's taken us at times over 30 minutes to get our snocone if there is a line. They have a couple Switch systems tucked on the side but I don't let me kids touch those when I think of all the booger fingers groping them. This is fine because we come here for snocones, not videogames. LOL

I absolutely understand no one wants to work outside of store hours and do not expect establishments to. However, when you’re sitting at the drive through voice box and are told “give us just a moment” only to wait until 5 minutes later when it’s officially 10p, closing time, and then instructed by same male voice “sorry we’re closed our harvey location is open” it’s hard not to feel irritated and upset. Customer service could improve at this establishment as this situation was absurd. We already waited a few minutes in line on top the wait we were instructed by the team member. Do better and be better.

Most of the time they are fairly quick to make your sno-cones. Now and then, they are very slow, mess up orders, etc. I think it mainly happens when they are training people

Waited 18 minutes for one baby grape cone and they still weren't making it. Watched them put orders from the drive thru in front of mine. Got a refund and left without the simplest of the things to make. Will never return and will share my experience with everyone I come in contact with through my business.
Ordered 4 baby flat top snow cones waited in drive thru at window over 45 minutes to get my order that wasn’t even right. Very unorganized staff who couldn’t keep up with orders, asking me multiple time what I ordered and attempting to give me someone else’s order. Drive thru worker seemed lost just standing there doing nothing while others seemed to be joking around. First time here and will be my last!

Loved the treat. Best snow cone ever. So soft yet creamy. The inside store was so cheerful and clean beyond clean. Very impressed with that alone.
