Beautiful views of the Kyle stadium and great service! Wish they had a few more beers on tap to choose from.

Went with a large group but the place was in total about 70% full. All the food I tasted was horrible, and took an hour to arrive. The only good thing about the entire experience was Juliette the bartender.

Great view of Kyle Field, plenty of TVs to watch games, and a good food menu.

I hate that I have to do this, but it was beyond bad service and food. I am staying at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center for an event, which we normally do. We have eaten at Block T many times over the years. The service has never really been great, but the atmosphere and food are delicious. We chose Block T tonight because both Aggies have a final in the morning. We arrived at Block T at 6:45 and waited to be seated. No one ever came. We took a table right next in front of the bar so we would be seen. We waited at least 20 minutes but never saw a waiter. My son thought maybe they were not serving dinner on a Sunday night, only drinks. Finally, I got up and asked the bartender, she said absolutely I'll tell someone. After another 20 minutes a waiter came to our table and apologized and said he would be right back. He passed our table 4 more times and said the exact same thing every time. I ask my Aggies if they wanted to go somewhere but they realized it was too late to make other plans. So, we stuck it out. Finally, another waiter came to our table and took our order. When our food and drinks finally arrived, the waitress put the food on the table, and we never saw her again. Through this experience I did find out that I pay $15 for a sandwich that is taken out of the freezer. My sandwich was completely frozen. The bottom bun of my son's sandwich was cold. The crust of my daughter's pizza was burnt. The one thing that was edible was the pulled pork nachos. Of course, it something we always order, and they were delicious. At this point, my kids needed to leave, so we decided to just pack up our food and take it. But a waiter or waitress was nowhere to be found. The first question everyone I know will be asking is, "Did you tell someone so they could make it right?" I absolutely would have if I could have found someone. I finally had to wait outside the kitchen door and stop someone. I was nice, polite, and gave a generous tip, because I know they were all probably unsupervised college students. This review is mainly to the management of Block T. This is totally unacceptable. Especially when staying at the Texas A&M Conference Center. The two might not even be affiliated but when I stay there, I expect great food and service at the on-site restaurant.

Stayed at the hotel recently, so stopped in for dessert on a Friday night. The music was way too loud and, for a place not being very busy, couldn't get anyone to acknowledge us, so we left.Came back the next night for drinks and had a hard time getting some to serve us. Finally got service and enjoyed the drinks and the fact that the music was down to a respectable volume.

The food was surprisingly good at Block T Bar, we stayed at the hotel and wanted some late night food and everything we ordered came out great! I will say my expectations were a bit lower given the time of day we ordered, the location, and the reasonably low cost, but the family enjoyed everything! The peach salad was fresh, gave us about 5X the sauce we needed but luckily it came on the side! The pretzel bites were tender, warm, and the kids annihilated them. The nachos were a bit different than I saw in other photos- no guacamole or beans but plenty of jalapeños and pico de gallo. They came with an absolute mound of pulled pork, almost enough for a sandwich! Lastly we got the pie jar dessert, it was like banana bread with meringue and dulce de leche, nice little shareable dessert. We took it to go back to the room so I can't speak much to the service though the bartender I picked up the food from was friendly, there was live music, and overall seemed like a great food option, with an amazing location!

The bartenders (the sisters) are A-MAZING! Super sweet and very good at their craft. Our server was new and we could tell he was struggle and probably should have had more support. We had the peach salad and it was AMAZING! The fried green tomato BLT had little to no tomato and the fries were underdone. My friend ordered the nachos and while the portion was insane, they came out ice cold. Sit at the bar and order the mac and cheese for the best experience!!

Even on a busy day staff was attentive and food was great. Burnt Ends Mac and Cheese was good and for dessert the Banofee Pie Jar was delicious.Vegetarian options: Besides a good salad selection, they have the Smallhold Mushroom Flatbread.
