I usually don’t write reviews however this was awful. They messed up the order the first time so I turned around told them about. They took the wrong order and gave me back the right order except cut my short on the amount of wings I ordered! At this point it’s been over 30 minutes but I drove back and let them know again. I waited another 5 minutes just to receive the two missing wings I should’ve got anyways. Absolutely terrible service and hospitality.

Okay food, insanely overpriced. Took over an hour for my order to be ready. Cardboard box it came in was soaking wet and falling apart. I paid $5 for a side of fries, and there are maybe 40 individual fries. Will never spend a dime there again.

I got chicken tenders and they were thin and not very filling and the smallest amount of fries I have gotten at any restaurant in town and they were lukewarm and did not taste good. I should've taken a picture, but I rather not remember this disappointment.The amount of money I spent on this did not match the food I got. I got less food for the money. I could spend the same amount ($12 - I think) at Wingstop and gotten better chicken tenders that have taste and a little more for fries.I also got fried pickles and they are the worst in town for sure. I've had them in several other restaurants and all were better than whatever I got.And after eating I felt unsatisfied.

We was in college station for the weekend..after being told over the phone SEC + was on their tvs to watch the A&M baseball game they didn’t have it after all..Jerry the GM was very nice and apologized..Then he went out of his way to find another place that was showing the game. Top notch customer service
Our waitress Kaylynn was awesome! She was very friendly and personable. Our order came out quickly and the food was good. She gave great recommendations from the menu.

I got food poisoning from their teriyaki wings and it was a sour taste to it and was sick for a few days .
Paid $100.00 for food/delivery and nothing was right. Food was delivered and we were missing two fulls orders, two drinks and an appetizer. We called the store who confirmed they had the rest of our order. We kindly offered to pick it up since it would be faster (even though we paid for delivery). We picked up our order (didn’t check it; first mistake) and went home. Once we got home, we realized the mozzarella sticks and fries were stone cold and the wing order was COMPLETELY wrong even though the sticker on the box was right. We absolutely will not order from here again. Paid over $100 for horrible service, cold food, and missing items. Thanks BWW.

When I walked in I was completely ignored. Once I was finally helped I was told that they would not sit me as a party of 1. She then said I could try the bar but it was pretty busy so there might not be tables left. Is this normal? I usually never go out by myself but I'm on a business trip by myself so I didn’t really have another option. Definitely disappointed.
