I ordered food online and was made aware of a $2 fee to deliver to me. I agreed but soon as I signed the receipt I noticed the discrepancy and told the driver before I called the restaurant. The woman who answered proceeded to tell me it was indeed a $5 fee. And would only reply "it's 5 dollar" over and over me as I tried to politely ask about the problem. I told her that I agreed to the $2 fee not $5. She said she was too busy and then hung up on me. It's the principle here not so much charging me $3 over without my authorization. The worse part about it is that I've been a loyal customer for years now and to be treated the way I was and to know that this place does not value their customers. Well before she hing up on me She finally admitted there was an issue that needed to be fixed but for now will continue stealing your money. I still tipped the driver by the way. Customer service is dead and this place has unacceptable customer service etiquette.

Food is great, order the Fish Hot and spicy soup and the crispy fried chicken from the Chinese menu if you like heat.Service, however, is actually comically bad. Your drinks will never be refilled. Bring your own. It will be cold inside. Bring a sweater or blanket. I used to be fine with this because the food was so good, but lately I’ve had the same dishes but they came less spicy - the loss of consistency is a huge issue, and it makes it feel hit or miss.

I have been ordering here for 5+ years and have never complained no matter how badly this place has messed up. Today they messed up my order, again, and I called because I didn’t receive the chicken lo Meir and instead received 3 orders of combo fried rice. I paid almost 90$ and they refused to make it right and were extremely rude on the phone. I will never eat here again simply for how rude they are.

I have gone here many times but after today I will not be returning. I had ordered a large wonton soup with other things as well. I expect wonton soup and veggies. What I got was 3 wontons and a bunch of meat that I didn't order. When I called to tell them the woman who answered was very rude and would not even let me tell her exactly what was wrong. "Not my fault, your fault" a quote from her.

I've eaten from here in different settings; dine in and delivery.Dine In: The atmosphere is fine, clean and spacious with a high ceiling. The service is also fine, but the food was delicious! Got an assortment of the traditional Chinese dishes and almost all were hits, it was just the boiled beef in spicy sauce that was a little too spicy. The eggplant with salted egg yolk was my personal favorite.Delivery: The ordering process is straight forward and delivery was relatively quick. I would recommend stapling the receipt to the bag however, because I added special delivery instructions for my doorbell to not be rung, and the driver did so anyways because he didn't know. I ordered the lunch Thai green curry with a spring roll and it was pretty underwhelming. The curry wasn't very flavorful, a little runny, and I was not the biggest fan of the tofu. I also received an egg roll instead of a spring roll.TLDR: It's a good restaurant with solid prices, some of the food is hit or miss.

There is more to this place than is apparent on the surface. Just like no one suspects that mild mannered Clark Kent of the Daily Planet has another more important secret identity ... * * * 90 plus percent of the menu is standard American Chinese. No thrills here. They list two or three Thai dishes - which are the same old Chinese dishes but made with curry sauce. I have no idea if those American Chinese dishes are good or bad. * * * But if you look at the very very very very back of the menu ................... Way back there where nobody is supposed to see ......................... They have their Chinese Chinese menu. I don't think the place is a big draw for the local Chinese population. I saw nothing but Hispanics and Anglos when I was there. The Chinese Chinese menu only has seven items. Now I have seen a lot of Chinese Chinese menus in my time. They have seven dishes here I have never seen before. * * * Seven Chinese dishes I have never seen before? Well HEY! * * * I ordered the tofu soup with fish. I have never had anything like this soup on the East Coast, on the West Coast or in Asia. Imagine in a Chinese restaurant if you could get clam chowder. The soup is a white creamy comforting soup. The broth is not unlike a New York Oyster Stew. Along with the broth comes lots and lots of fried tofu cubes. Never anything wrong with eating lots of fried tofu cubes. And ... oh yes ...... There is a whole Tilapia dumped inside the soup. Head, Tail, Fins, Bones, the Whole Shebang. How are you supposed to eat this whole fish in a bowl of soup? That is YOUR problem. Tilapia is normally not such a wonderful fish to eat. In this soup, the Tilapia is OUTSTANDING. What's the catch? Fish soup wants fish that are really really really really bony. Junkfish are virtually ideal for fish soup. Tilapia are not as junky as the junkiest of the junk fish. But they are bony enough and have head enough, tail enough and guts enough to make for a first rate broth. Tilapia - Your day in the Sun has come. (Okay, Day in the Soup - but the Same Principle Applies.) * * * So how do you eat a whole Tilapia in a creamy soup? a) Dump your rice into the soup pot. b) Eat the soup and the broth with your spoon. c) The fish will start falling apart with enough time spent in hot stock. Whole pieces of fish will magically become available. d) You can eat the whole pieces of fish with your chopsticks or your soup spoon. e) Poking and prodding the whole fish with your chopsticks will make more pieces become more available. I did a fair amount of poking and prodding. But the soup stock itself does much of the work of harvesting your fish for you. f) Use the extra plates provided for storing the bones and any gutsier sections you don't want to eat. g) The creamy stock and the tofu make this a comfort dish. h) Getting the meat off of the fish make this playtime. So you get both dinner and entertainment in one bowl. * * * And the cost of all this? They are practically giving the soup away. The Chinese Chinese menu is one of the best bargains in town. * * * Would I have this dish again? Absolutely. BUT ......... There are six other dishes I have never had waiting on that same Chinese menu. * * * Samuel C. could become a busy boy.

Been waiting two hours for delivery with no notice. When called they said we are busy and not good to order online. We have ordered from them before via phone and haven't had this problem. Don't order online. The two stars are for ordering on line.
