It's a small hole-in-the-wall, so we expected the food to be authentic, and it was. The pupusas were good but not impressive, however the spicy cabbage salad and salsas it came with were great. I got a chicken dish that tasted like a chicken curry from home. I absolutely loved it. Recommend.

Came here because I was craving pupusas and it was close to campus. The owner is very sweet and kind! The pupusas are good and the horchata is delicious! We’ll be back to try more things off the menu!

The yuca and fried pork was really dry and the pupusas were small but they tasted okay.
I love this restaurant. I use to work here and I miss eating here. So, I had to get some takeout. The family owners are wonderful people. Definitely a place to try if you're looking for something great and authentic.

My boyfriend and I went for the first time today and will definitely be back! We had 2 kinds of plantains, yuca with chicharron, and pupusas. The man working was friendly and inviting. The agua frescas were delicious as well. Loved the sandia one and he loved the horchata. Food was fresh and hot and came with a tasty salad mix. Nothing not to love. Highly recommend

The service was great and our waitress was very attentive. We had agua frescas for our drinks and they do not taste like the ones you would have at a Mexican restaurant. I would recommend not getting these drinks since this is a Mexican delicacy not Salvadoran. The pupusas were wonderful and filled the right amount. We tried the chicken and cheese, jalapeño and cheese, and loroco y queso pupusas. Loroco is great if you are trying to expand your pallet as this is an edible flower. The plantains were cooked to the right texture and the beans and cream complemented them perfectly. It is a small restaurant with about four tables and music is played inside. There is also a market inside with chips and drinks to buy. I would recommend this place for lunch or getting a pick up order if you have a large party.

I graduated in 2014 and Centro America has remained a must go every time I come back to college station. The owner still remembers me and knows what I like (2 street tacos and 3 pupusas). He and his family are the epitome of customer service and kindness over all! Strongly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Central American eats!
