They act like robots. When I come in, there is no greeting, no smiling and when leaving they don't even tell you thank you for coming to their establishment. Made me feel like an outsider.

Ordered mushroom chicken. Not sure what this “chicken” truly is. It was as white as my napkin and was gummy. No one checked on us or asked us how our food was. Disappointing.

I had eagerly ordered General Tso’s chicken from Chef Cao’s this evening through DoorDash, recalling several wonderful takeout experiences from the past. However, my latest experience was unfortunately disappointing. Upon its arrival, I noticed an off-putting, smoky odor emanating from the dish. The glaze on the chicken had an unpleasant taste that I would dare say was vile. Despite trying a few bites, I had to stop eating out of concern for potential food poisoning.It appeared that the chicken had been precooked, frozen, and then reheated with the sauce for my order. While the chicken was mediocre, the sauce was exceptionally unpalatable. I always strive to find the positive aspects of a dining experience, so it’s worth noting that the rice was satisfactory and the spring rolls were fairly good.It’s disheartening to see a restaurant I once admired seemingly decline in quality. I genuinely hope this feedback reaches the management of Chef Cao’s. It would be truly sad to witness the decline of a place that holds many fond memories from my childhood. Unfortunately, I had to dispose of the meal as it had a fairly foul lingering, unpleasant smell.

G-dang, this place consistently exceeds my expectations. First off, they have my all time favorite version General Tso's Chicken that I've ever tried. Second, everything I have tried, since going here, I've thoroughly enjoyed. Third, their Crab Rangoons are just perfect. I believe it's krab stick rather than real crab but either way for the price it slams. Thank you staff at Chef Cao's for making food with FLAVOR!
