The food was great! Today I tried out the unsweetened mango tea. I will definitely have it again. One thing that sets them above others on service, in addition to the kind and courtesy service, is that they replaced my food. See I had picked the wrong store for pickup. By the time I realized my error and moved to this location, my food was cold. They replaced it at not cost to me. Thank you!

I’m sorry but I can’t anymore. I used to love this place but it has changed. The food quality has gone down while the prices have skyrocketed. The employees used to be the nicest people and now it feels like they don’t want to be there. And worst of all it used to be fast and reliable. Now there’s the fast line for app orders and the slow line for everyone else. I never had to wait long for my order before. Now I always have to wait. I feel like a second class customer since I didn’t use the app. This has become just another fast food place with overpriced food. Goodbye.

Holy. My first time at Chicflae. Got the spicy deluxe w their sauce. The customer service was top notch. Food on point beyond what I was expecting. The sodas were extra good. 6/6 well done!
10/10 chick fil a in college station. I ordered a chicken biscuit this morning (no meal) + a sweet tea & when i opened the bag they had put my biscuit AND an entire chicken sandwich as well. literally thank u to whoever did that it made my entire day ( :

Was so disappointed. Great service, but I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken no corn . Got home and there was no chicken, so sad, I really needed the protein.

Food was fresh and I got my food fast BUTHad a poor experience with the lady who took my order. I didn't get her name but she was a white elderly woman- the oldest one in the group. I didn't appreciate how when I gave her my order she was very short and not polite at all. It's sad to see that this location didn't meet the chick fil a service standard.

Worst experience. Just sat in my car at curbside for an hour waiting for breakfast. Called after 20 minutes and they said they ere remaking food and would have it out shortly, well that never happened. Called a second time and they said how sorry they were andb6 thetime a manager spoke to me I was not able to get breakfast because it was 10:48, mind you I ordered in the drive thru at 9:58am. I'm not one to complain but this was just ridiculous. To say the least I will not be back.

I'm highly disappointed that lately, every visit they have shorted us FRIES!!! If we're spending that on a meal, at least fill our fries up as it should!
