To start, the food is phenomenal every time. Never had a single bite that didn’t make me look like I was a commercial actor over-enjoying the food for the camera. Eyes rolling back and all! Service is quick and the staff is very kind. The owners are some of the best business owners i’ve ever met, truly care about the customers and pride themselves on running a great and friendly restaurant! Extremely awesome and kind, I regularly recommend them to customers at my work and have even had some come back to thank me for doing so! Amazing quality, care in sandwich building, and most consistently fresh ingredients i’ve ever experienced at a sandwich-style place! Due to work hours I mostly order delivery but when I’ve gone into the store the service has always been impeccable. A++ 11/10 3 thumbs up, they’re wonderful!

Excellent service for my first time coming here. Very good at recommending things. Really enjoyed the Sassy Scottie, it was delicious. The atmosphere was very picnic-y in a most pleasant way.

Love this place and have been coming back for the last 3 years! Amazing customer service even on their busy days. The food is always great and the one time my order was wrong, they were amazing and refunded me immediately! Couldn’t recommend it enough to people in the BCS area wanting something lighter for lunch/dinner. Big fan!
I thought the food was delicious and friendly staff, I got the original classic chicken salad on a croissant and loaded potato soup but my only ☝? issues is, for a place that’s called “chicken salad chick”, it was lacking on chicken salad *volume wise , and for $10.81 I would expect it to fill me up and I was left still wanting MORE!

I love Chicken Salad Chick food. Everyone is very friendly and service is always great. I was there today and noticed their CHRISTMAS Decorations. Grinch- Santa- Nothing for the birth of Christ. I don’t understand why the true meaning of Christmas was not recognized…..

The Chicken Salad Chick was recommended to me. The service was fast. The staff were nice and efficient. I had the traditional chicken salad, lettuce and tomato on a croissant. A very good sandwich. I would recommend!
If I could have one meal for the rest of my life it would be this. The service is quick to order and the food always comes out great. I like the different soups of the day my favorites are potato and tomato. The shopping center it's in is nice and the restaurant has a good vibe to it.

It's great. Maybe a bit expensive for me, but definitely very good food, service, etc.And you can use your Safe 2 Save points there, so that helps with the cost making it even better.
