Terrible Experience every time that i have gone. Rice is always under cooked, the servers are rude. Portions are barely anything and anytime you ask they say it’ll be extra even if it’s rice, corn, sour cream, or hot sauce. Always lacking ingredients and as a result make it where you have barely anything in your bowl yet have to pay the original price for something that does not look visually appealing at all. I understand that they are busy due to influx of college students, but there are factors that this establishment should hold up its standards to. Coming here everytime just cause it’s the closest chipotle is a regret and a waste of money.

I never heard back from the Chipotle Store Manager at 815 University Drive, College Station, TX about my refund for my meal. My experience at Chipotle on 815 University Drive, College Station, TX 77840 on 3/4/24 at 7:09PM was less than poor. I ordered a Veggie Bowl, and they were completely out of black beans, and barely had any pinto beans. The guacamole was turning brown, the food serving location was dirty, and in disarray, all of the food choice containers were practically empty, and in short it was a disheveled mess. The portions were lacking because they didn’t have the normal food selections to pick from. When I asked if they would substitute chips, instead of the black beans, they refused.

Unfortunately this is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. Have eaten here a decent amount over the past four years and over the last two years or so there have been persistent quality control issues with the food. The most frequent and worst issue is undercooked, rock-hard rice, but I've also had issues with poorly cooked proteins, improperly seasoned proteins, other food related problems. Frustrating part is there is clear issues with the food (sometimes even looking at it you can tell it's terrible) but I think because of how busy the location is they will serve it anyway. Unfortunate because I really like Chipotle but it's just not worth it to eat at this location.

I usually dont leave many reviews...however today when I was getting my ingredients in my bowl I was going 1 by 1 thinking of which one I wanted next because I was switching it up and the worker (beard guy) tells me that to give him all the toppings at once which was never heard of from a chipotle worker and when I tell him "very little hot sauce", he dumps half a scoop of the hot sauce. How am I supposed to give all the ingredients at once when one cannot even listen to "very little hot sauce" individually?

We haven't eaten here since before covid. The place has drastically gone downhill. Filthy beyond words! Kitchen horrid as the line. Food everywhere and trashcans, floor, tables filthy. They used to have someone constantly cleaning. I don't know what happened, but it's disgusting. Food was ok. So very disappointing. Manager needs to place a higher priority on cleanliness.
Typical chipotle, although the worker tried to squish in my burrito as to getting another one to wrap it properly, really was a poor wrapping job and burrito exploded after four or five bites.
