It was after closing hours we sat outside on the patio, the staff came out to refill our drinks and make sure we had everything this was the best staff that I've ever seen at Church's chicken the respect and care that I witnessed was like no other

I waited maybe 20 minutes to order my food in the drive thru. I pull forward and there were zero cars in line. I don’t know if the lady was looking at her phone or what while taking our order but she repeated back incorrectly 4 times. I don’t recommend anyone go there seriously. Make the drive to Chicken Express or just go to Sonic

Ordered 2 meals of bourbon chicken. Mashed potatoes fine, biscuits always delicious, Fanta soda good, chicken terrible, I was unable to eat it. It hadn't been cleaned properly so I had chicken with quills and cooked feathers in several places. I didn't even try the chicken. Staff was very nice and friendly though so kudos to them.

This store is a nightmare, it’s ran down, missing signs, they can never get their orders together or out on time. It’s filthy, and seems to be ran by a bunch of crackheads. Store needs to be shut down and knocked down and start over from scratch. Ridiculous.

Worst Church’s I’ve ever been too. They’re super rude and slow. Took 30 minutes just to get my food from the drive thru, so there went my lunch hour. Management here needs heavy supervision from their superiors, because this looks awful for the Church’s brand as a whole.

Please don't go to the Church's Chicken in college station. It's nasty and it's expensive. I drive all the way to Bryan and get my chicken. Best chicken ever. Nice people very clean. And alot cheaper. Been going there for years.

If i could give it no stars, I would.So my wife and I were deciding on chicken places, i suggested Churches, havent had it in forever, lets give em a shot. Never going back. Paid 17 bucks for the worst chicken we've ever had. Almost went back for a refund. Both orders were wrong. Asked for a 3 piece leg with frys and a biscuit. Got a 3 piece mixed with no biscuit. She ordered tenders and fried okra. Tenders were soggy, got fries instead of okra and no gravy. Then to top it all off, the tea almost made me throw up. -2 out of 10

I went to get some food with my girlfriend but when I was ordering the man working drive thru was very rude and told me to “read the sign it has two sides” when I didn’t know what sides to order yet and I needed more time to think. He kept rushing my order and kept asking me if I was done with my order repeatedly. I told him that I didn’t like his tone and he said “hey if you don’t like my tone then don’t order food here and go somewhere else, you can leave.” I left and was extremely disappointed with what happened. First time I had someone act like this with me in the drive thru
I ordered the 3 pice dark meal special, it said it came with 2 sides and a drink. The rude guy working the drive through said it was mash and slaw only. I can’t stand slaw and he would not change it. It didn’t say mash and slaw on the description. How ever the picture shows mash and slaw that’s not the same as saying only like the guy said
