The cookies are good but they need a better system. This is the second time I’ve placed a online order an hour + ahead of time then when I get there on time to pick up my order it’s not ready and they are out of a cookie I’ve picked for the night or sold them all so I have to wait 20 minutes for them to be made. What is the point of placing the order online if you aren’t going to set aside the cookies/have the order ready for the online orders who already paid.

Crumbl has a nice texture to their cookie, they are soft and their icing is to die for in my opinion. They also have a variety of flavors plus big cookie so you can share with friends or family. So in my opinion Crumbl is so good ?.

Out of all the times I’ve been there I’ve only had 1 kind of negative experience. My last order I purchased 4 cookies. 3/4 of the cookies were perfect! They were crispy but warm and gooey on the inside! The other cookie though was SO COLD. It was the first time anything like that has happened, so overall it’s a nice place with most of the time great cookies
