Torchy's Tacos in College Station consistently serves delicious food. Particularly good are the beef fajita tacos, which are quite flavorful; I typically have two of them whenever I visit this casual restaurant.

Ordered online on Friday night. Food was ready minutes after I arrived. My orders was hot and made exactly as I ordered it. Queso is spicy and good. We like the shrimp tacos. But the fajitas and breakfast tacos are good too. And you have to try the street corn.

The taco combinations are amazing. I like the combination of textures and flavors, my favorite is the Matador. The queso “hillbilly style” is also incredible. The sangria is delicious too. Always look forward to eating here when we visit CS.
The soup was AMAZING! Sandwich was very filling! I would recommend!

Every time you try and call in a Togo order. They put you on hold minimum 5 minutes. Often the call cuts out on their end and you have to call back. When you explain that to them that when you call back they Don’t care and our rude. Great franchise but the worst service in college station. Food is also not nearly as good as other franchise locations are. Their staff is lazy and could care less about you. I’m currently looking at my phone and these Guys have put me on hold for 17 minutes. If that doesn’t say anything I don’t know what will. Place is in desperate need of new management.

I’ve been a regular at Mad Taco for several years and I have always loved their tacos and their margs. The kitchen comes up with excellent monthly tacos, but I have my favorites like the bean and cheese, fried shrimp, portabella mushroom, and tuna (a pescatarian has options!). But I’d say the best part of Mad Taco is the staff. They are friendly, quick, efficient, and it’s been a pleasure getting to know them all! My friends and I will spend hours there on Friday afternoons and evenings and they treat us like family. We love this place and I hope to be a regular for years to come!
