When I walked in, the store was clean (there are tables for dine in!) and the staff was busy/on task. When I got to the counter, I was greeted immediately and able to pay for my order. My food wasn't ready yet, it was still in the oven. They brought my order to me when it was ready instead of calling my name out to come get it myself. Pretty snazzy! The pizzas and lava cakes came out good, and the family was satisfied with no illness afterwards. ?

Very disappointed. We’re visiting from Houston, and the items we ordered definitely didn’t meet our expectations. The pizza looked burnt and the other items just didn’t look appetizing.

This evening, we placed an order at our local dominoes store. The order went through. However we got the wrong pizza. The store manager not only rectified the issue, but went the extra mile to make sure he personally delivered it. ? will be back

Using the mobile app and coupon for our order was very convenient. Unfortunately the app did not select the nearest Domino's to place the order at. It was only a few miles farther. Being fairly new to area I was still able to get to pizzeria before they were finished and got them home still hot.

Ordered online, pizza said delivered, Called and find out it was delivered to the wrong address. Go to the apartment it says it was delivered at, the guy never got the pizza. Call again and was spoken to very aggressively and rude by an employee and the manager. They finally agree to remake and deliver the pizza. The guy gets the address wrong again and is calling trying to find my apartment which is the very first building when you come in, not very hard to find it’s on the bottom floor. Then he gets to the door and says it’s $5 flat, come to find out he just wanted a $5 tip. Open the pizza and neither one has sauce on it. Terrible customer service. Terrible delivery. Gross food.
