Freebirds never disappoints. Their food is always fresh and delicious, their staff is very friendly and seem like they enjoy working there, and the prices aren’t bad for the amount and quality of food you get. I totally recommend Freebirds for a good lunch or dinner spot!

Their portions have gotten smaller and they barely put any meat in their dishes. You can add more meat for $3.50 more but I shouldn't have to pay more for something they didn't put enough meat into to begin with.

I never tire of freebirds. With our Tulsa location had not closed 6 or so years ago. It was never busy which I didn’t understand since it runs circles around qdoba and chipotle in terms of taste and quantity of food.

5.8/6I can't believe I'm saying this, but this restaurant has just earned the highest rating I've ever given. The food was off the charts, with the jalapeno sauce, steak, toppings, tortillas, and chips blowing my mind. The queso was a bit lackluster in my opinion, but everything else more than made up for it. Dip the chips in their jalapeno sauce instead of queso!The service was top-notch, with the entire crew being incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The manager was a pro at upselling without being pushy, and her enthusiasm for the food was contagious. She even talked us into getting an air fryer from Walmart - now that's some serious business skill. We got to respect that...The atmosphere was also excellent, with everything being kept clean and well-maintained.At $24 for a monster burrito, medium drink, chips, and queso, I was more than satisfied. I overate because it was just that good. That meal could've been split in 2. At $12 a meal, this place easily earns a spot at the top of our list at home.Amazing job, Freebird team!

Manager here is great. Very enthusiastic and amazing customer service. He gave the kind of service every restaurant should give. Also, the food here is delicious. Best chips I’ve had. Won’t be going back to chipotle after coming here.

A guy named 'Wilbert' came to help finish my burrito and proceeded to ring me up. Had a terrible attitude and tried to rush me out of the store even though I was the only customer in the store. He was skimpy on the sauces, even though they're free. So I just got extra sauces to his utter dismay. Sorry 'Wilbert', that you work at a job for 13 an hour to SERVE customers. Be better. Nobody wants to work. That doesn't mean you have to be a jerk. (Change your name)
