I ordered delivery and it took over an hour to get my food. I also ordered through their app, and another service delivered it. The gentleman on the phone, I'm assuming was a cashier, kept responding with I'm not sure or I can't tell you when I asked about the freshness or delivery time of my order. I requested a refund from the manager I got eventually and his responses were that of a raccoon on the best dope they make. I'm really disappointed in this aggieland favorite. Bad bull yall.

I got the large, 2 topping pizza for $9 deal that came out undercooked. I don't know if it was because it's recommended to order ahead and/or for delivery...so it has longer to cook before pickup...? There definitely isn't a place for dine in, just order. Other then that it was fine. Plenty of options for toppings and flavor

Howies used to be good, but they switched to Doordash to deliver for them. If I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered it. Pizza never showed up cause Doordash sucks. Howies gave me a refund at least. But don't deliver, only pick up.

Wish you guys would stop leaving handouts all over our apartment complex - it just becomes litter that blows around for weeks and turns us off from wanting to order here :(

The pizza is gross, it has a weird smell and an even weirder texture. They try to make the pizza taste different but it does not work. They employees have no sense urgency or hustle. Even if it’s not busy it’ll take at least 20+ minutes longer then the time you’re told. The employees always seem angry and have no customer service skills. If you’re eye rolling at customers and angry sighing when you’re talking to customers then maybe this isn’t the job for you.
