This place is probably the least clean Ihop I’ve ever been to.It’s not 24 hours. It’s not a good environment. It’s always slow. I have been here 3 different times and every time I’m like “why do I keep trying to give this place a chance?”Don’t make my mistake. Avoid this place.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. This place had what it seemed like, no experienced servers. Our “waitress” sat us at our table then said “come and get me when you are ready to order”. They were SO unprofessional, I have never had such a bad experience at an IHOP before. Then what seemed to be the manager told a waitress in training that if she got something wrong she would “reach across the table and punch her”. We waited over 15 minutes for our drinks and got no straws. Then while waiting for our food 30 minutes in they say they did’t have toppings for the waffles we ordered. They then had about 5 teenagers come in, and they were yelling at each other, supposedly some of them worked there, talking about how they called in. Then a man and a lady go into the kitchen and start yelling at each other, and start physically “play fighting” when the kitchen is an open concept, and every customer could see. Then they come in to the restaurant area, and the 2 main waitresses that were there and the 2 boys & 1 girl that walked in, were cussing and calling each other the n-word. HIGHLY inappropriate. I ended up leaving about 30 minutes in. The lady who seemed to be the manager or just the head waitress then seemed to take over in the kitchen, and started making our order after already waiting 30 minutes. This was an absolutely horrendous experience, and I will never be coming to that location again, and quite honestly, never an IHOP again. AWFUL. They physical fighting, cussing, racist words, lack of professionalism, and just everything was so bad.

Worst experience. Absolutely worst. Service is pathetic. I have never been to an IHOP branch that was so bad. The employees have so much attitude. They don't seem to be trained at all. I asked for a spoon and their response was that they don't have clean spoons. And then brought a plastic cutlery pack which did not even have a spoon. I had to then request specifically for one. Unbelievable. Seriously? The waiter that served us did not even understand a word. He seemed like he was dreading being there. Utterly disrespectful. If that wasn't enough, the hot chocolate was literally plain water with some cocoa powder in it. Wish I could give negative stars. Ruined our morning.

We arrived at this restaurant 11/27/2023 the waiter sat us on a broken booth that was wobbly. before ordering anything my husband and I decided to move a booth down. She seemed upset that we move and proceeded to ignore us , finally she came to the table being very rude and yelling at us without letting us explain why we moved so we just got up and walked out never going back to this restaurant

Accidentally ordered from this location but still went to go pick up. Got there someone did great me but she wasn’t working the front she said I’d have to wait (the old man was on the phone “talking to a parent) sounded personal explains why my calls were on hold for over 15 min. Honestly it just looked a mess compared to all other ihops here I don’t even want my food at this point. I would never come to this ihop. Also don’t waste your time with curbside

Me and my family went to breakfast here, and the service right away was horrible. When we got seated she asked for our drinks. My dad ordered half and half tea and she gave him half lemonade half tea. Then we waited for another 10-15 minutes and finally she went to take our order, but she sat down and had both of her earpods in. The seats were horribly seated they were so close together. I would not recommend to eat here.

It’s was a very busy morning a lot of customers and only one server and one cook orders backed up the server was a very nice polite guy who was working so hard to help everyone but took to long for food and to eat need more workers for a Saturday morning slot of people waiting for tables felt so bad for the server needing the extra help

Placed an order on the app for pick up. After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes I finally was able to stop an employee outside who was able to go get someone to give me my food. Do not offer curbside if you are unable to provide it. I only chose this option because I had my newborn with me and can't leave her in the car no to mention it's freezing. Once I received my food it was not only cold but the nice guy that brought it out explained that the front staff members knew I was there but didn't wanna come out because it was cold. Don't offer services that you don't really wanna provide. My food was cold and completely terrible. Do not go to the establishment try Kettle or Another Broken Egg certainly not Ihop on College Ave.

Food was cold, service was TERRIBLE!!! Our waitress had headphones in the entire time while taking our order and then didn’t remember anything we ordered she kept wanting to argue over everything. Service was 100% terrible I will never go back!!! We order crapes and got a sloppy pancake with some fruit thrown on top 100% ridiculous and absolutely not a crape. If I could give it zero stars I definitely would because this place sucks.
