Nobody even came to the front counter to help me... place was empty... and apparently by the screen on the wall... showed they made nothing today. What a waste of space! I was trying to go for something g different but now I'll just stick to Smoothie King from now on.

Service is slow for some reason. I’ve ordered through drive thru and pick up. Both times took at least 10-15 minutes even though there wasn’t anyone else in line. Smoothies are amazing though!

Waited 30 minutes because of wrong hours posted on google and waited another 10+ minutes for someone to open shop after the actual “supposed” opening time of 10AM.Once they did open they had no customer service. The lady was wiping her nose with her hand at cashier and didn’t bother washing them prior to making drinks too.Receipt from morning of 06/19/23Absolute waste of time and money for a below average sugar-filled smoothie joint…This trend isn’t just at Jamba but a corporate chain/franchise should be taken better care … customer service exists very few places anymore.

Excellent staff. The front lady was hilarious. She had a unique sense of humor. I had a pretty difficult order for my associate and they were cool about. I on the hand just got a simple mango a go go. I love Jamba. They have great blends! Definitely give this location of place a try.

Very good service and not a long wait at all. The employee went above and beyond to make sure our smoothies were made right. She was very engaging compared to other employees we dealt with and had a smile on her face. I actually enjoyed coming to this Jamba Juice simply because of her!!! Don't know name but I believe she was either Hispanic or Asian. She assisted me at drive through window if that helps for management.

The smoothie was really chunky and chalky, and I ordered a pretzel and it was freezing on the inside. But the workers are really sweet, I just think they were rushing it thinking I was in a rush.

Delicious and healthy breakfast that is easy to quick grab on your way in to work or school. They have a drive thru, which is super convenient. In the same building as Grub.
Jamba Juice is my go to for smoothies. I've tried others but always go back to Jamba because they are perfect. I don't like overly sweet drinks and theirs are not.

I went to this Jamba Juice around 7 and there was no one there. Online and on the sign posted on their door it says that they close at 8. I'm extremely annoyed that I drove over there just to find it closed.

The smoothies were pretty good. However, the guy who took our order and checked us out at the window was very short with us and seemed annoyed. Don’t work a customer service job if you don’t wanna serve customers.
