This is not the first time I’ve gotten a sandwich from here with hair in it. I got two turkey Tom’s& the sandwich I got at first I thought my hair fell into it. But the second sandwich I bit into the hair was mixed in with the lettuce. That is absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your money on this place

I specifically ordered a Slim, which comes plain and dry, and verified that it would be plain and dry. They put lettuce, tomato, and mayo on it, which made it inedible for me. (If I wanted those ingredients, I would not have ordered a slim!) I didn't discover the mistake until I got back to my hotel room, at which point I had to get on a telecon and couldn't go back to replace it. This is particularly upsetting because the boxed lunch provided at my meeting today was also inedible for me, which means I haven't had anything to eat today, after getting up at 5 to drive to College Station and not having time for breakfast. I was really looking forward to having dinner. I'm very upset that the only sandwich place I know of that actually has a plain and dry option on their menu (which is why I went there instead of the many other options in the area) did not honor that order.

I accidentally wondered in the door half an hour before they actually opened not paying attention and when I realized it approaching the counter offered to come back but they ensured me it wasn’t a problem and took care of my order anyways. Much appreciated, and I will try and pay closer attention to the time in the future.

Freaky fast (not)Freaky good (not)I walked inside to order since I had to use the restroom. I think I would have gotten my food faster at Applebee's or Chili's. There were 5 people working there, 2 of which were on their phones the whole time even when I walked in to order. I waited to be greeted and for someone to take my order. Wasn't asked about the rewards program until I asked about if after my credit card was inserted. Apparently that's too much work to assist a patron in that regard. I waited inside for well over 10-15 mins past ordering plus my simplesandwich which I didn't even alter was incorrect. This is not up to any national standard for JJ. Run y'all.

Do not come here! The girl at the register acted like she had never had a conversation with another human in her life and took forever to put our orders in. The whole place inside is dirty and I have never had an experience like this at any other Jimmy John's. The sandwiches were poorly made and were basically drenched in mayonnaise to the point where it was not edible.

Long time fan of the beach club. Manager was on top of things, customer service as soon as I opened the door. The boss greeted me from the back of the kitchen and immediately came to take my order. Walked me through extras and options as soon as I asked. Clean building, parking lot obviously had recent work done to fix the entrance from the back. The excellent service, excellent food.

The food is alright. My complaint is the fact that this location has had a giant pothole right in the middle of the drive through for god knows how long. If you have a large car good luck maneuvering through to the window. You actually have to back up after turning if you don't want to clip the curb they placed conveniently next to the drive through. Whoever owns this locations seems to only care enough to put a bit of gravel in the pothole which ends up spilling out after a day.
One of my favorite sub shops they were so fast I blinked and my food was ready they guys were so nice!

Went to the drive thru and I am not a big fan of this locations drive thru. It’s kinda small for having a midsize vehicle. Order was precise and service is fast. Very kind staff. Foods great!

I ordered sub because I was starving for a big thick fresh sandwich then this sexy Greek god named Anthony took my order and caressed me with his soft voice. The sub wasn't the only thing that got finished freaky fast ;)
