On March 30th I found la Gabriella online when I was searching for bakeries in Bryan/CS. I was hunting for pastries to take to a family lupper (lunch/supper), and the list of different forms and flavors at la Gabriella was outstanding! I called to ask if they would hold some aside until I could get there, and sweet Anna Maria said, "Sure we can!" It was 12:15, and they had almost sold everything they had baked that morning....yikes! I'm so happy they could hold a few: butterscotch pecan scones, an apple & cream pastry, a chocolate expresso muffin, and a cream Mayan bread. OH. MY. GOODNESS.... Each pastry was a class act and so delicious...I cut up each one, and everyone, five of us, got to sample whatever looked good to us. There was so much food, and because we all overate...as usual...I got to take home the better part of the pastries....HOORAY! Now I can't wait to visit my new favorite coffeeshop and sample even more pastries and try some of their coffees. AGGIELAND, YOU HAVE TO TRY LA GABRIELLA COFFEESHOP AND PASTRIES!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER; I REST ASSURED!!

Good: Friendly and knowledgeable staff when I asked about the different coffee flavors. I got the rose lemonade, the baklava coffee, and the cinnamon coffee. The coffee was very smooth and neutral. They had some pastries in a case. The cafe has a nice easy vibe and had some gifts for purchase in the corner. A couple of bistro tables outside for seating available too.Bad: Not terribly bad but generally the drinks were too light in flavor. Rose lemonade was fizzy and I couldn’t really taste the lemonade or rose. The baklava and cinnamon coffee were also very subtle. I would have liked more flavor in the drinks.

Good Flat White can be found at La Gabriella. Why? The Consistency and flavor go hand in hand when it comes to brewing coffee.

Stopped on during a visit to see what they had. I love little bakeries, and they did not disappoint. Cozy atmosphere with really good food. Very friendly staff member. I will be making it a regular stop whenever I am in town.

My sister and I stumbled upon this place today. It is such a cute little coffee shop. The coffees we ordered were so good, we could actually taste the coffee and it wasn't just a sugar bomb like most places are. The shop has so much personality and the workers were so kind to us. It is a cute hole in the wall place and it is worth checking out. They also had a very good selection if drink and coffee choices. Next time I will try their pastries.

My new favorite coffee shop in College Station, wish I had found it a long time ago. Coffee is definitely the best in town, staff is always very friendly. I typically just get my coffee and go but it seems to be a popular hang out spot for students.

La Gabrielle Coffee Shop & Pastries has been a favorite of mine for years! I love that they have continued to add new pastries and drink choices while keeping the favorites. The atmosphere is always welcoming and cozy. I always try to visit when I can & if you haven’t been you should soon!P.S I had some type of pecan scone today and it’s my new favorite!

Very good coffee, and a unique vibe from other coffee shops. There isn't a lot of seating if you are trying to have a more sit down experience however. Would recommend!

A very cute place with lots of fun trinkets. However the coffee was a heavily spiced and the pastries were ok. They are fresh .
