Made my order on uber 40 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE. 5 uber drivers got turned away. I called as they closed AT 10 and the "man" that answered the phone said he canceled the order because they were closed. Yall don't close till 10 and he didn't cancel my order as divers were continuously sent to the restaurant. I asked why he was closed 40 minutes earlier and why even answer I'd they closed 40 minutes ago and he hung up on me. Now I'm hungry and don't have the money back. Really should work on having decent employees because yours suck. I will be calling back in the morning and speaking to the manager.

if you wanna get sloppy with mr. Caesar, this is the location for you. It is quite the place to be and the food is wonderful. The service is superb and the ambiance is absolutely unbeatable.

They messed up my pizza once. Usually accurate and good. They did offer to replace my pizza.

They are nitwits! I went in there to get pizza and they gave me a pizza with NO CHEESE 2 TIMES!!! 2TIMES!. Never come here. The people here do not know how to take care of themselves either! A disgusting environment!

Don’t mind paying the money for food, but when they started giving you less, there’s a problem. That crazy bread is much smaller than usual. They said that’s the way corporate told them to make it. I guess corporate doesn’t understand there customers!!’

We ordered the pretzel crust pizza tonight, as we loved it when it first came out last season. This time, the crust was nothing close to resembling pretzel dough (other than the corse salt sprinkled on) and was in fact undercooked, at that. I called to discuss this with the manager and explained how this was the 2nd time we have received this disappointing “pretzel” crust (we don’t usually complain so gave it a second try after receiving the same gross crust several weeks ago) and hoped they would make things right after sending us this terrible product.He told us that they ran out of the baking soda they used last season that makes the crust brown and pretzel textured, and are using an alternative brand of baking soda. I was informed that this is what I should expect until the rest of the baking soda is used, half a box left, and then asked if there was anything else I could be helped with. I replied that I hadn’t been helped yet, since I received a pizza that didn’t meet the expectations set and was then told “ok, well, have a nice rest of your day” and the phone went dead. Wow!! Great service Little Caesar’s.So sad because I always applauded your company but will now avoid it and advise friends to do the same.

Order a pretzel pizza and got regular pizzas asked if this was a pretzel pizza. And the manager said it's the pretzel pizza and had the other guest laughing at my girlfriend like it was a joke. It was are family dinner. Not funny to me. honestly biggest scam on pizza ever seen. Do not buy a pretzel pizza it's just a regular pizza with salt
