This is probably the worst-run Little Caesars I've ever experienced. I stopped in to get a single hot-and-ready pizza. Even though there was no one in the restaurant, there were no pizzas ready. It took twenty minutes to get the single, basic cheese pizza. This wasn't the first bad experience our family has had here. Unacceptable service for what should be an in-and-out experience. If you absolutely must get a pizza from here, make sure to call your order in ahead of time, a lesson I learned the hard way.

I ordered 35 pizzas for an event for the super bowl, I called in at 2 o’clock and asked if they could have them ready by 5 they said yes 5:20 at the latest. I said that is fine just around that time. I had to feed over 75 people and i relied on little ceasers. What was i thinking. I walked in to find about 8-9 people also saying they are waiting super long for their food. I am trying to be confident and hopeful because it is 5:45 and i have a bunch of guys at my event starving. They were ignoring me and wouldn’t say anything to me, finally i got ones attention just for her to tell me they hadn’t even started making them, after THREE hours they couldn’t make 35 pizzas, the lady behind the counter looked at me like i was crazy saying “it’s gonna take about 2 hours what did you expect it’s 35 pizzas?” YOU ARE A PIZZA SHOP, if you couldn’t do it you should have said over the phone. So i have no pizza for my event and then gumby’s proceeded to make it within an hour . Don’t waste your time here

I was there to pick up a customer's order and was given the code to the pizza portal. I opened the pizza portal and there was no pizza in there. I asked the female staff member 3 times cause she was ignoring me where the pizza was because it wasn't in the portal. She finally turned around around and said very rude " Yeah, I know it isnt". I asked her why it said it was in the pizza portal and ready for pickup. I said your not supposed to do that. Then I asked why they would do that. She remarked "cause I can". She was extremely rude. There were other people waiting for their orders as well that heard all this. Very unprofessional.

If I could give them a zero I would. The way they were so rude when we were trying to get their attention is ridiculous. We said “excuse me” 2 times as they continued to ignore us… both employees. Whoever was working 9/10 at night. We love going to little ceasers and we have not encountered this problem until now.
I will NEVER EVER ENTER this establishment again..All shelves bare 15 minutes before I even got acknowledged by a very snooty girl who tried telling me I couldn't order the special that was blasted all over the windows and counter..then reluctantly asked the mystery person hiding behind oven, carged me for cheesy bread which I NEVER recieved..6 people in line behind me who got ignored..for same amount of time..one customer was holding door open for air because the hvac wasn't on..ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've encountered in 50 years

Despite ordering ahead, my order took an extra 30 min. But I know that they can get busy and food only cooks so fast. The amazing employee who was working the front and back made the 30 min delay a "no biggie" because she didn't lane me hanging. She keep me in the loop of why it wasn't ready and how soon it would be. She has excellent customer service skills. The Mgr on duty came out to see of everything was okay, and thanked me for my business. The young man working was polite despite being so busy. And the food was hot and delicious!
