If I could give zero stars I would, first customer service was absolutely terrible and the lady was not at all considerate nor helpful seeing I have kids she did not even offer to be patient nor did she give any advice on what I should purchase horrible service. Paid $25 for Nothing!

I very seldom give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. But this place is simply amazing and deserves every single one of the 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!

It has been a couple of years since we have been to a Marble Slab. Wow, have prices gone up (like every place has). The cones have even gotten smaller. But, $18.00 for two cones. The ice cream is still good. At least this place is clean, and the employee was nice.

They charge too much for you to not be able to add extra ice cream if u want. Whatever ice cream comes in that size that's all u get u can't pay for an extra scoop

The ice creams here are legendary.

Absolutely delicious ice cream and a fun serving size as well! Small, but quaint and usually pretty clean and quiet.

TOO expensive for mediocre quality. I got one small scoop w/ 1 mix-in and it was $6.29 and NO cone just a dish. Never again

Were greeted with a very rude, hello employee from the start when I asked about the pricing, they are charging 689 for a kids ice cream This is nothing more than highway robbery cold stone was almost 3 dollars cheaper for a kid size. Will never come back

Stopped in late. Some ice cream was down to bottom. Ice cream cone was good, but a little expensive. Front of store could have been cleaner.

Dump! No paper towels in the bathroom. Tables and chairs weren't clean, had melted hardened ice cream. Staff uninterested in serving or smiling at children wanting ice cream. I greeted the staff and did not get a verbal welcome or smile. I wasn't sure if they spoke English as they seemed foreign. The gentleman serving everyone did not wear food safety gloves when preparing food. The ice cream melted before it made it to our hands. The paint on the walls is peeling and dated. What a toilet this place is. Surely not the quintessential ice cream shop from your childhood memories. Save your money and avoid. The health department needs to check this place out. No joke.

The ice cream itself was really good, but unfortunately that's my only good thing to say about this place. I've never been a fan of the high prices here. We took my family of 4 and spent close to $40+ just on ice cream. This is just too much for dessert. Other than that, it's good and there's plenty of options. I like the option to do a dipped cone and all that, but they nickel and dime you for everything. If you want toppings, it costs more on top of the already high-priced ice cream. I would rather just see flat rates for types of ice cream/cones and call it done, because a $10+ price for an ice cream cone is a lot. The service was nice enough. But I also saw a roach on the wall in the eating area. I get it, bugs can happen in the summer, but then the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, to the point I would never come back. So big negative stars for that. If I'm paying top dollar to a restaurant I expect it to be pristinely clean, and this just was not even close. Good ice cream though. :-/
