I ordered two large pizzas and an order of wings. The first pizza as ordered: deluxe add jalapeños. How it came: large deluxe thin crust no jalapeños. The second pizza as ordered: Pepperoni magnifico. How it came: small cheese pizza. The wings also came with 1 packet of ranch rather than the 3 I paid for and at least two of the wings were still raw.I've been regularly ordering here for a couple years now and over the last year or so the quality has been dropping, but this time what I received was terrible and unjustifiable.

If I could give it negative stars I would!!!We ordered pizza and it’s showed up 20 mins after the expected delivery time. When it showed up and we opened the box this is what we saw!!!! We immediately called to speak to a manager and the lady that answered placed us on hold to contact the manager, then returned and said “I’m sorry he is not responding. And were told Jesse would be available tomorrow at the store. We took the pizza back to the store the next day because this was one of many failures we had at this Marcos location and we wanted managers to be aware. The people working were absolutely appalled when they opened the box. We were told Jesse was next door at the hotel. We left name and number and were PROMISED that Jesse would immediately return our call. We were never contacted and returned back to the location at 6pm to get contact info of a manager above Jesse and we were told they don’t have that info. So here we are left to leave a negative review. We still have no pizza and y’all still have our money!

Disappointed the other location on University dr closed since it was closer to our hotel. We still ordered here, took the extra drive, and were not disappointed. It's worth the drive. Excellent service on a Friday night at 10pm. Awesome

Best pizza delivery around here but if you're gonna neglect to put in the extra sauce every time someone orders it you could at least stop charging for that extra sauce. Or just offer a refund for the sauce instead of having drivers go back to the store, I'd rather eat it without the sauce and not pay for it.Edit: just eat the food while it's hot, don't be dumb like me and wait for the driver to go back to the store.

Marcos Pizza has a great location just off the highway. I went and ordered in person for some take-out. There was plenty of parking, and the building looks nice and is well-maintained and clean.The young lady who took my order was very engaging, friendly, and efficient. It was done very quickly.I got a medium, thin crust, deluxe pizza. I thought it was delicious. It had plenty of toppings and flavor.Marcos Pizza also has online ordering, and offers delivery with GrubHub.
Madi Crouse was such a delight to deal with! She assisted in changing an order effortlessly and was extremely professional and charismatic. You could tell she takes pride in the customer service she provides to others and it warms my heart, as that is hard to come by these days. Marcos hired a good one! And we don’t eat Marcos as often as we could, but thanks to Madi, we will go to them for all our delicious pizza needs! A+ for being an amazing employee!Thanks Madi!
This Marco's Pizza use to be our go to pizza restaurant at one time, but over, and above again we would receive horrible food quality, in the way of cold, or burnt pizzas, order were wrong, or missing items so we cut all ties with this Marcos about 7-1/2 years ago. Fast forward to tonight, we thought we would give it try. The results were the same as before. Cold and burnt pizza, over cooked cheesy bread, and missing dipping sauces. Customer service is horrible. We had ordered curb side pickup. My wife drive over and sat in the parking lot waiting for the notification that our order was ready for pick up. Finally after setting for what felt like forever, she finally received the notification that our pizzas were ready for pick up. She waited another 10-minutes before the order came out. Got it home and it was the worst pizzas I have ever tried to eat. I think my wife and son ate some of their large pepperoni pizza they ordered because they were hungry. My large Italian sausage pizza was completely thrown in the trash, as well as the cheesy bread. BURNT, COLD, MISSING ITEMS just as before. Nothing has changed in 8-years!! Never again will I eat at this Marcos location.

Ordered a pizza with double mushrooms and sausage, pepperoni and onions. Got there and they made it wrong. They made another pizza and there were 12 mushrooms on a large pizza. What a ripoff!
