We went for a quick place to eat because we had somewhere else we needed to be. They were not crowded but did not seem to want us there. The food was fast but the service was very slow and the waitress would just disappear. We waited to get change but the bartender was the only one who could handle cash or so we were told. He was standing around or eating pizza behind the bar most of the time we were there. We ended up leaving and she got a lot more tip than she earned. I’m not sure if that was the plan or not. With all the good pizza places in town, we will not be back.

We’ve ordered from Rx Pizza many times over the last 3 years and always been more than satisfied with both the food and the service. This is top notch pizza, not cookie cutter, with fresh quality ingredients.

Had the lunch special. Excellent pizza, buttery cheese, killer crust, the salad and dressing were also wonderful. Staff could not have been any nicer. Footnote: the pizza dough they cut, fry, and cover with powdered sugar, calling beignets, were actually very good, as well. Will be back every chance we get.

We started with the bread service and then ordered a couple of different pizzas. The crust was chewy, and the toppings were perfectly cooked. The bar put out some delicious drinks, which were reasonable in prices, especially during happy hour. I will be back again.

Ordered take out. Three pizzas. Young girl taking the order seemed to be inexperienced. Pizzas were just ok. All 3 off of the speciality menu so total, before tip, was $58. Crust was burnt and black in spots. Skimpy on toppings and cheese considering the cost. Order was ready in 15 minutes, which was good considering it was Mother’s Day (long story of why we were ordering pizza). Very few any customers in RX Pizza while all other restaurants were packed with waiting lines. That in itself is probably the most telling.

I've been to the CS and Bryan location so I am addressing both. For years we have been lacking a place with consistently good pizza. RX pizza rocks. We have been going once a week for the past two months and every single time the pizza was amazing. If you aren't into pizza they also have excellent salads and the prices are very reasonable. We have also had very friendly, attentive and informative wait staff. They have a good selection of beer and wines, too.

Daughter and I split the Tuscan pizza. Had enough leftover for lunch the next day. Decor was nice and decent service during Christmas college break. Daughter works next door and says this place is usually crowded when school is in session.
It's the constant struggle in a college town to hire, and retain, competent staff. The staff is THE most important part of a restaurant. So, in this pizza place, in the food and drink prep area near what is supposed to be a bar (it's more the social gathering spot for the people who are paid to allegedly work but stand around and socialize with each other instead of the customers) there's a girl twirling her pony tail all over the drink glasses and food. For MINUTES!! I heard a customer ask if she was working so that they could be served. She served them and then slammed a wine bottle into the trash can so hard that it shattered. So impressive. She was probably upset to have left her socializing but at least she did serve someone. The dude who was cooking the pizza's? Hat on his head with hair hanging out all over the place while prepping, cooking and then boxing the pizzas. The person that I think was the manager was so enamored with the flavor of the iced coffee that someone had just brought her that she was oblivious to everything. But, at least she was spasmodically happy. The pizza was OK but did not have all the ingredients that were ordered. At that time, it was not worth requesting them. Amazingly, It was at least free of pony tail hair or hat hair. The pizza was not delicious nor did it provide a reason to return to try more pizza or even to watch, from afar, the side show of the staff. The owner should take a peek in here and see what's going on before the doors are locked and has no clue as to what's happened. There aren't many places with outdoor seating in BCS but this is one of them. It could really be nice. And please, make the outside area non-smoking. People can go smoke out in the parking lot.
