Every time I’ve gone through the drive through I always get a lady with an attitude. I’ve never had great customer service. The food is good but it’d be a lot better if there wasn’t a ton of attitude from the women there.

I have been eating at Polly's for six years now and have usually had relatively good food. Often I will order to go and the food will already be a bit cold. This evening I was waiting in the to go line with many other cars, for over forty minutes and my food was soggy and cold. I asked for them to remake my food to which the to go attendant declined stating they had it in the warmer. Eventually after none of the food was remade I asked for a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food today. This is not the first time I have received cold or soggy food with a sour attitude from the servers when ordering food to go. When eating inside the experience is extremely good and the food is excellent.

Birria tacos are PHENOMENAL. Prices are amazing. They have $2 margaritas Monday-Wednesday with the purchase of an entree. And $4.89 on other days. Very homey vibe and the customer service is always good. 10/10 recommend.

We were visiting family in College Station and they took us here for dinner. The food, atmosphere and service was amazing. It was the owners birthday and she is so sweet. She gave each of my children $5 and they were so excited.The food was amazing. Between the 5 adults and 3 kids we had sour cream enchiladas, fried avocado, queso enchiladas, barbacoa, charleys special, tilapia and cheese nachos. Everything was so good. We weren't expecting queso over the tilapia, but it was delicious.Don't let the location, next to a gas station scare you away. This is a definite must go! ?
